Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 9 Material and Labour forapplying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface toprepare the surface even and smooth; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 5489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. 11 Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old existing wal and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 5489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 22 Supply and Fixing non skid ceramic light coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 &; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 23 Supply and Fixing non skid ceramic light coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 &; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 24 Supply and Fixing powder coatedaluminium frame for doors ,windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.( Min. thickness of powder coating 50 micron) 25 Supply and Fixing Providing and fixing powder coated(Min thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron) aluminum windows shutter of size min 18mmx50mm for sliding type windows of standard tubular sections of approved make having glazed panels or glazed and gauzed panels of appropriate size running on seperate tracks in the channel conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. .(Min. thickness of powder coating 50 micron) 27 Taking down aluminium door shutters of area exc 1 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each and replacementof necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc and refixing in the same opening including fixing to floor stopper or door closure; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 28 Supply and Fixing Sheet glass, 5.5mm thick ordinary quality, in squares,exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane including rubber packing and aluminium beading with and incl solar control film 25 Micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturer; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 29 Supply and Fixing 10mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm printed PVC sheet suitably placed in aluminium door as per specification and drawing. ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 34 Supply and Fixing for 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting bend to a curv fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275. ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 76 Material and Labour for Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised iron mild steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earth lead of GI wire of size 4mm dia by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts & washers and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 25mm dia from earth plate to Panel/DBs and water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade from top of the earth electrode raised upto a level of 50cm above ground level, MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in earthing pit of size 30x30x30cm in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 incl exposed surfaces smoth finished with 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6), RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 typeB-1) cover slab of 40mm thick with 2 Nos. MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover, Angle iron frame made out of 40x40x4mm angle iron for 30x30mm PCC pit for holding the pit cover including providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.NOTE: (a)Cost of excavation, earth work, watering pipe, test point, MS Funnel with wire mesh and PCC pit with cover will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor against these items. (b)On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor & no extra cost will be given to the contractor. 77 Supply and Laying in trenches/drawn through pipes or in road crossings/paths/drains/ ducts/floors/along poles/equipments etc., of LT cable under ground, heavy duty, armoured, XLPE insulated with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of 16 Sqmm 4 core cross sectional areas including connecting up using suitable size aluminium lugs testing and commissioning; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.NOTE: Excavation, earthwork, cable protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately 78 Supply & laying double wall corrugated (DWC) high density poly ethylene (HDPE) of size 40mm dia including all necessary fittings, PN-4 rating, pressure 6 Kgf/cm², conforming to IS-16205 (Part-24) with high ring stiffness & cursh resistance capacity, etc., laid in trench for protection of submersible flat cable; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 79 Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation for erection of poles, stays, laying cables, stays etc and getting out in soft/loose soil and in road cutting; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 80 Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 81 Removing excavated material/surplus soil not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
