(iv) Feeder No 04 emanating from TOP I Sub stationto Back Feeder Appx length = 3 Km alongComplete upto end point.(v) Feeder No 05 emanating from TOP I Sub stationto Old Mehta colony Appx length = 2 Km complete upto end point(vi) Feeder No 6 emanating from TOP I Sub stationto Mech FeederAppx length = 3 Km complete upto end point(vii) Feeder No 7 emanating from 66 KV MRS to Lower Line Offr Qtr - Approx 5.5 Km Complete upto end point.(Viii) Feeder No 8 emanating from 66 KV MRS to Khetrapal Sub stationAppx length = 2.5 Km complete upto end points 2 (ix) Feeder No 9 emanating from TOP II Sub stationto CP -6 baffle range Appx length = 4 Km complete upto end points.(x) Feeder No 10 emanating from 66 KV Sub stationto New Red Colony, New Kathania & NOC-I Appx length = 2.5 Km complete upto end points.Preodicity- round the clock.(B) Nature of work to be done(i) Maintaining the serviceability and attending break down complaints of electric supply of all the feeder including of New ASR Cantt areamentionedunder Sl 1.0(i) to 1(x) here in before .(ii) Attending the complaint ofexternalelectric supply – from sub station to main board / DB of the occupant.(iii) Periodical maintenance/complaints of all the feedersmentionedhere-in-before which includes – (a)Replacement ofoverheated jumper / blown off jumpers .(b) Replacement of blown off fuses .(c ) Periodical complaints of LTpanels .(f) Complaint to be attended within 1 to 2 hrs otherwise penaltyto be made at @ Rs. 500/- per complaint.(g) Complaint Register & complaint slip shall be provide by the contractorwihout any extra cost paid to himand maintained by the SBA on duty/ Contractor rep present at Complaint cell in supervison ofJEEM and signature of JE / Engr in charge will be taken on each complaint after completion of complaint on daily basis 3 Note :- No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for complaint register and complaint slip.Note – (i) Timeconsumingjobs such as replacement ofdefective cable by extension of loop and periodicaltrimming of trees / branches along the over head lines shall be measured and paid separately .(ii) Before attending any complaints of external elect supply contractor or his rep shall ensure that proper shut down has been taken in physical presense on permit slip and will be lifted on the same permit by the physical reportingat Sub station with proper time and signature.Note . No shut down given/ lifted on mobile phone. Shut down shall be given / lifted only after physical reporting of electrician at power house(v) All safetyprecaution will be taken by the Contractor/his rep.incase of any physical injury / any mishappning contractor is responsible for all the medical treatmentand compansation to the individual . No extra cost paid to the contractor for the same.(vi) Contractor will provide shut down permit book for taking shut down permit from the JE/ Engr-in-Charge on duty. No extra cost will be paid for the same.(vii) Contractor has to deposit all the stores in advance for attending day to day complaints and late hours complaints. (vii) Tinned copper fuse wire and self adhesive insulation tapes to be used in complaints shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only. 4 Excavation in trenches n .exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exec 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying pipe lines and cables and getting out as in looses/soft soil complete all as specified. 5 Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exe. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified. 7 Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints,Sockets,Elbows,bends and End caps as size of DWC pipe is 63mm O/D and 50 mm Inner dia allas specified and directed by Engr in Charge.of fwg sizes. 8 Description all as per srl item No 5.00 here-in-before but of size 76mm outer dia and 63mm inner dia. 9 Description all as per srl item No 5.00 here-in-before but of size 90mm outer dia and 76mm inner dia. 10 M&L for in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or under road complete all as specified and as directed. The elect supply shall be restore within 8-12 hours from the time of tripping / fault in day or night in the FCAB Sub/stn, failing this a panelty of Rs 2000/- per complaint / fault will be imposed on the contractor from contractor dues.(iv) Minimun one Voltage stablizershall be produce to contractor for restand/ repair for one visit. Contractor will not demand all stablizer repair in one visit. Visit and Repair charges of electrician and helper are included in the quoted rate. no extra charges paid to contractor.(V) Volt meter,Amp meter,DC/AC wiring kit,Control card and any type indicator replace measure and paid in quoted rate no extra charge paid to contractor.
