Tender For Various Repair Works In Front Parking Rajasthan Secretariat Jaipur (Phase-1) - 1 Surface Preparation: Overall surface preparation of the concrete surface and where there is no repair also to remove all dust dirt loose material etc. with wire brush, for preparing the surface to receive protective coating for overall surface. 2 Reinforcement Cleaning: Cleaning reinforcement of total rust by tapping or using wire brush or any other suitable way including from behind and around the reinforcement bars to give it a totally rust-free finished steel surface. 3 Rust Removal: Providing and applying approved chemical rust remover with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application. 4 Corrosion Inhibition: Providing & applying migrating corrosion inhibition treatment to the entire concrete repair surface, Including exposed reinforcement steel. The product shall have proven track record and shall be appliedin two to three coats. 5 Anticorrosive Treatment to Steel: Providing and applying single coat of zinc rich anti corrosive coating such as Nito zinc primer to the exposed reinforcing bars after application of rust remover on main and lateral links all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6 Nozzle FixingProviding and inserting 12mm dia nipple in honey comb area recommended byinto cracks/honey-comband along crack line includingrequired diametre required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nippleand allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 7 Injection Grouting: Injecting approved grout inproportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comband along crack line includingrequired diametre required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 8 Polymer Modified Micro-Concrete: Providing and laying of polymer modified micro-concrete or equivalent material blended with washed, saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded,pouring into the form work using suitable pumping device for uniform flow of concrete. The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, curing, etc., complete as per specification and as directed. 9 Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type orof approved makeincluding tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 75 mm avg thickness (Column)
