Bids Are Invited For PUSH BUTTON STATION (PBS) SPECIFICATION: 1. PBS shall be made of 2mm sheet steel enclosure with rain canopy, protection: IP-65 2. 01 no. of Start PB Green colour: 1NO+1NC contacts, 01 no. of STOP PB Red colour: 1NO+1NC contacts with inscription plate. Size of each PB is of 22.5mm diameter 3. Shall have cutout to accommodate 96X96 mm size Ammeter. 4. Wired with 2.5sq.mm. copper wire to 12 nos. serially numbered terminal block (TB)of ELMEX make having TB-5 <(>&<)> 6 shorting link. 5. The push buttons, elements <(>&<)> space for Ammeter mounting shall be fixed on the hinged door of the PB Station. 6. Station shall be weather proof with neoprene rubber gasket <(>&<)> suitable for outdoor application. 7. 2 nos. of earthing studs to be provided. 8. Left side hinged door shall be provided with flexible braided copper earthing. 9. Detachable gland plate for cable entry hole to be provided. 10. PBS shall have 04 nos. of corrosion free external bracket to fix it on vertical surface. 11. The PBS shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer <(>&<)> two coats of Zinc chromate primer and finally finished with stoving enamel grey paint. 12. The PB Station shall be generally in line of enclosed drawing (FIG-1). 13. Party to submit the drawings along with the offer for technical scrutiny. PUSH BUTTON STATION SPECIFICATION: 1. One Emergency stop push button with 1NO+1NC contacts (push to lock type) shall be provided. Size of each Push Button is of 22.5mm diameter. Inscription plate for all push buttons. 3. PB shall be wired with 2.5 sq.mm. copper wire to 40 nos. serially numbered terminal blocks (TB) of ELMEX make having TB-5-6, 7-8, 11-12, 13-14 <(>&<)> 17-18 shorting link. 4. Two nos. of Cut out of size 72x72 mm for ammeter and RPM meter shall be provided. 5. ON,OFF <(>&<)> TRIP indication LED lamps in red, green <(>&<)> amber colour respectively with inscription plate to be provided. 6. All Push Buttons, elements, LED lamps <(>&<)> Cutout for Ammeter <(>&<)> RPM meter shall be on the hinged door of the PB Station. 7. Sufficient space shall be there inside JB. Approximate dimension shall be 300mm x 200mm. 4. JB shall be weather proof with neoprene rubber gasket <(>&<)> suitable for outdoor application. 5 2 nos. of earthing studs to be provided. 6. Left side hinged door shall be provided with flexible braided copper earthing. 7. JB shall have 04 nos. of corrosion free external bracket to fix it on vertical surface. 8.
