(Lot No.07), 1 Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuseas directed by theEngineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m. 2 12mm cement plaster in sigle coat in single storey building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etcincluding the Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuseas directed by theEngineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m. 3 Providing and applying plaster of putty 2mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 4 Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m. 5 One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper includingsupply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work. 6 Providing & applying white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 7 Paintingor varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superiorquality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work .(Paint to be used should conform to the ISI no -103-1950.) 8 S/F 500 mm diameter C.I cover with out frame for man holes. 9 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a sigle 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps 10 P/F 35 mm thickI.S.I,marked flush door shutters conformingto I.S;2202 (Part 1) non -decorative,core of block board construction with frame of 1st classhard wood and well matched comercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both face of shutters 11 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water strorege tank ISI:12701 marked with over and suitable locking arrangement an macking necessary holes for inlet, out let and over flow pipes but with out fittings and the base support for tank.500 Litr.
