    tender for Fabrication And Erection Work Season 2024-25 Fabrication And Erection Work Season 2024-25, Mill House:- Removing the neck/weak compartment plate of the door by cutting and fabricating it with a new 6 mm plate and fixing it in place and giving a leak proof trial. Making new 8 mm plates and installing melted molasses tanks. Removing melted coil of vertical crystallizer and preparing 3 diameter new pipe (about 200 m) or extracted boiler tube and doing hydraulic testing. Dismantling all the tubes and complete body of the old vapor line juice heater (170 m) capacity and keeping it in the designated place / scrap yard and installing the new juice heater in its place. Making all the connections of exhaust / vapor ammonia / condensate as per instructions and closing the covers etc. Giving a satisfactory trial while doing so. Quad body no.2. (440 m) by removing all the tubes and keeping them safe in the store and dismantling its calendria and keeping it in the scrap yard and installing a new calendria in its place and inserting all the tubes and making all the connections (vapour, exhaust, water, ammonia etc.), hydraulic Do testing and give trial.
