Dwarka Sec-6, New Delhi.; Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of passenger lift of capacity 13 persons (884 Kg.) conforming to latest lift act and modern lift design with microprocessor controller, AC variable voltage, variable Frequency drive, suitable to operate on 415 volts + 10%, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire, AC system, in the existing lift well, having speed of 1.6 m/sec with a total travel of about 23 meters, serving Basement, Ground Floor and 6 upper floors with 8 stops and 8 landings all on the same side. The lift shall be with stainless steel car, car doors & landing doors with moon rock/honey Comb finish. The lift shall be of excellent quality and shall have simplex fully collective control with/ without attendant, floor announcement system, gearless traction, self levelling devices, automatic rescue devices and other features as per detailed specifications attached.The lift car shall have one car operating control panel with segmented LCD displayhaving square surface mounted push buttons.The lift equipment will be installed in the machine room directly above the lift well.All the lift equipments including car, car doors, control devices, indicators, landing doors,buffers, ropes, safety devices including all wiring/ cabling connections, interconnections and all connected equipments, shall be installed as per detailed specifications attached.The work also includes all structural items required for lift installation & providing miscellaneous items like guide rails with supports, overhead gears, scaffoldings, sill projections, minor civil works like making sockets, holes etc. including making good the damages, Providing sufficient number of Potential free contacts in the controller for interfacing with Building Management System.Note:- The work is inclusive of dismantling of old scrapped lift including dismantling of guide rails, car body , contoller, motor, door frames, rope, other fixtures and fittings installed inside hoistway and machine room etc. complete as required, including placing the material at a lockable space inside the bldg. as per the directionof Engineer- in -charge.
