Long jointed to each other by means of 5nos MS Strip 50x6mm of size 150mm long each by welding at equal distance interval as per norms and grouting in block of 300x300x700 completely providing two nos cable clamps also. all the materials i.e. clamps nut bolts will provide by contractor. 31 Grouting and Nozzling of 11 KV stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (sand, brick blast & cement). All material except stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor. 32 Ordinary earthing by 11 KV MS earth Rod 2500 mm long as per RESPO schedule. (All material of earthing shall be supplied by the contractor include MS earth rod 1800 mm) 33 Cable hosting of 33/11 XLPE Cable on double pole(3x185 and 3x185 sqmm) including jumpering etc. complete with help of GI Pipe as per RESPO Norms. (All required material shall be supplied by the contractor expect XLPE cable). 34 Cable laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm single XLPE cable by drill method with the help of HDPE pipe of size160 mm diafor metallic road crossing (Approx 25 mtr. Long). All the material with drill machine arranged by the contractor expect XLPE cable) 35 Cable laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm single XLPE cable by drill method with the help of HDPE pipe of size160 mm diafor metallic road crossing (Approx 25 mtr. Long). All the material with drill machine arranged by the contractor expect XLPE cable) 36 Stringing& Sagging of three phase ACSR weasel conductor on 11 kv line 37 Stringing & Sagging of ACSR Dog Conductor 33 KVLine 38 Stringing & Sagging winding & jumpering of LT line with AB cable conductor as per RESPO norms (AB Conductor of size 3x120+1x95+1x16 sq mm) Provided by the deptt. & balalnce material like Holding clamp, I-hook suspension clamp & dead end clamp arranged by the contractor. 39 Erection & commissioning of Distribution Box for ABC Bunch Conductor. 40 Installation of cable box 11 KV Indoor & Outdoor 41 Installation of 33KV 3X120, 3x300 sq mm Outdoor End Terminations( Provided by department) 42 Looping & chopping of tree branches for clearance of HT/LT line after clearance of line throughout pieces of tree branches of site (Approx 3 Km). 43 Dismantling of old & used (Existing) material and loading, Carriage & unloading from site to JE Dump store/store centre, Hardoi. 44 Dismentling of line (Scrap conductor) 45 STP 11 mtr long single pole with all accessories 46 Carriage of material pit site to Hardoi store Je dump store/store center of Hardoi.
