    NCTPS-II – M-II Circle –AHP Dn. – Unit- I–BAHS – Hammering, Chipping and removal of refractory, dismantling the existing worn out and damaged four sides of seal trough, Supply, fabrication and erection of new seal trough and plastering of Fire crete castable refractory side the seal trough plate in Bottom Ash hoppers and mixing the castable refractory with cool water in the mixer machine, plastering with castable refractory and curing with water during the Annual overhaul2024-25 of Unit- I; 1 Material portion 2 MS Plate 10mm 3 Charges for Material portion CASTABLE REFRACTORY TRICAST CC45-1400 4 Charges for supply and fixing of Anchore stud plate in the bottom ash hopper (SS316 material) 5 Labour Portion 6 Charges for cutting and removal of existing corroded/damaged of seal trough in bottom ash handling system and devolution to central stores at NCTPS-II, including cost of consumables, T&P’s hire charges 7 Charges for Iron and steel material transporting, unloading at works spot, arranging tools & tackles etc. for leading & lifting the materials including cost of consumable, T&P’s hire charges 8 Charges for fabrication and erection of MS structuralsof tube settler in bottom ash handling system including cost of consumables T&P’s hire charges 9 Charges for erection of necessary scaffolding arrangements inside bottom ash hoppers 4 no’s into 10 mtrs elevation for all the four sides of the BAH and dismantling the scaffolding arrangement after completing the work 10 Chipping the refractory in the worn out portion of BAH dent portion and plastering with the fire crete castable refractory and curing including T&P’s Consumables at a wall thickness of 215 mm
