Note: a) Enterprise GIS Platform should be a COTS based platform; platform must adhere to perpetual license policy. b) Enterprise GIS Platform should include all required extensions of COTS based platform. c) Vendor/firm should preferably employ Cloud Native Software/ Databases. d) Vendor has to specify the number of licenses of all the supplied software licenses (CPU Cores based on 100 concurrent users), with his offer.
