    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Only OEM or OEM authorized vendors can quote who are supplying flexible shafts for previous five years or more (from the date of opening of the tender) and the supplied items are working satisfactorily. In case of OEM authorized vendors, authorization certificate from OEM should te submitted along with offer. Name of customer/company and details of the contact person where these flexible shafts as mentioned above have been supplied along with their Purchase Order copies. Offer without this document shall be rejected. However in the submitted PO copy, offered price may be concealed by suitable means. Successful performance certificate or acceptance certificate of the material supplied to the customers (Customers whose Purchase order copies is being provided as per clause 01.02) shall be submitted by vendors during submission of their offers. Vendor may also provide successful BHEL SRV documents (in case material has been supplied to any BHEL units in the past). Offer without this document shall be rejected. The OEM should be ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent certified for manufacturing and supplying abrasive products. Copy of valid certificate should be submitted along with the offer at the time of opening the tender. Offer without this certificate shall be rejected. BHEL reserves the right to verify the information provided by vendor. In case the information provided by vendor is found to be false/ incorrect, the offer shall be rejected. Total Quantity : 1220
