To provide the required expenses for the district level school sports competitions held at various places and at various times, collecting fares per game on an average of 3 days.2. To provide necessary table fares collected on an average of 3 days per game for 49 types of district level school sports competitions held at various places and at various times.3. To provide the necessary speaker set and battery backup for district level school sports competitions held at various places and at various times and the fees collected on an average of 3 days per game.4 Out of 49 types of sports, 22 out of 22 outdoor sports venues and district level school sports competitions held at various times are required to provide Chuna bag of 30 kg per bag or similar, along with transportation and transportation to the venue of the sports competition.5 Providing 200 meter long meter tape on rent for 01 day per game for 49 types of district level field games held at various places and at various times.6. Loading/uploading and wages as fares. 11 49 15 Training martial arts mats with transport, loading/uploading and labor included in freight 16 Kick boxing mats with transportation, loading/uploading and labor included in freight 17 18 Kho-Kho or Kho-Khopol hire for the game of Kho-Kho and competition venue including wages 19 Literature required for carrom game Hired 20 Football goal post and net hire Loading/uploading Necessary expenses including transport hire and wages 21 49 types of miscellaneous venues and miscellaneous To be on time - or 93 days starting journey - or Panchpramukhs and Panch Madatnis and sports teachers present for the district level school sports competition and at least one sports chief and officials/officers/employees present full time in each game.
