SM 2.5 Painting of walls, ceiling 3 Cleaning and preparing the old surface of the wall to receive fresh painting and then applying & painting walls with plastic emulsion paint matt finish with two coats of approved make, shade and colour over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved make (total 3 coats), over a coat of luppum to give a smooth surface including cost and conveyance of materials like paint to site including lift and labour charges such as preparing the wall, applying luppum, applying primer coat, curing for primer coat, applying paint with matt finish two coats etc., complete for the finished item of work at all heights. RM 5.5 Providing new storages - low height / overhead / full height 5 Providing & fixing storage units / overhead storages, of width 16 in various lengths, made up 19 mm. thk. plywood framework, and sides and vertical, internal supports with 19mm thk plywood, 6 mm. thk. plywood for back, as required as per design with blockboard shutters should be fixed on SS heavy hinges. Storage units should be finished with 1.0 mm. thk. laminate from external side & oil paint to non laminated surfaces. All exposed edges of plywood should have lipping patti on it. Lipping patti should be finished with French polish on it. The cost should include necessary handles, magnetic catches, Godrej make locks etc. complete as per design. SM 5 False ceiling repair works 6 Dismantling the existing False ceiling Gyp / Grid for providing Cassette AC, shifting of existing electrical fixtures if required and finishing the same by providing new Gypsum boards / grid tile as per new layout. and for taking electrical,ups,lan connections from existing electrical / ups/ server room to new location. avg distance length is 30 meters The rate to include the cost of providing POP, grid tile ( if required) additional G.I channels if any for supports, screws etc. necessary for completion of works and finishing neat and as directed by the bank / architect. SM 23 Vertical blinds 7 Carefully removing the existing blinds & handing over to bank or fixing to the other location as shown by the bank and Providing and fixing 4” wide Vertical Blinds of fabric Vista Levolor make, S-002 or as decided by the client / architect, including scotch guard, provided with all standard fittings, accessories etc., as per the manufacturers specifications complete for the finished item of work.
