Tender For Retrofitting, Strengthening And Chemical Resistant Coating Of Neutralization Tank Of Water Chemical Treatment Plant/Tpp; 1 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 2 Providing Extra Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.as required as per design and as required or directed by the EIC.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more 3 Cleaning the exposed reinforcement by removing al lrusts, scale, oil, grease etc. from the surface by rubbing with wire brush, emery paper and finally with phosphate based rust converter capable of removing corrosion (like Pagel Rustopor approved equivalent) and washing therein forcement by clean waterjet after 24 hours to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. including labour, tools, tackles, scaffolding etc. (To be paid on the exposed concrete surface area). 4 Removal of all loose, friable, deteriorated concrete from the surface to make the surface clean and free of dust, loose & deleterious particles, grease, oil etc .including labour, tools, tackles, scaffolding etc. at all lifts including disposal of rubbish within a lead of 50 metres. 5 Applying two coats of cement based epoxy/synthetic resin modified anti corrosion coating & bonding agent on the thoroughly prepared steel & concrete surface at all lifts as per manufacturers specification including supply of all materials, labour, equipment, tools, tackles, scaffolding etc. 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases for columns sqm 7 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 8 Jacket concreting for repairing up to 20 mm thickness (Single coat) using 1:2:1 mix (1 cement : 2 sand : 1 coarse aggregate of 6 mm down by volume) and w/c 0.35-0.45 admixed with S.B.R. Latex (like SIKA Latex Power or approved equivalent) @ 5% by weightof cement or approved equivalent of quantity as per manufacturers specification) including supply of all materials, labour, tools & tackles 9 Plastering the surface with cement and sand mortar (1:4) admixed with S.B.R latex (like SIKA Latex emulsion @ 5% by weight of cement or approved equivalent of quantity as per manufacturers specification) including supply of all materials, labour, tools & tackles for a thickness of 20mm 10 Drilling holes @500mmC/C both horizontally & vertically in a staggered manner to a depth of about 50mm into the concrete surface, inserting shear keys made of 8mm dia tor steel 100-150 mm length into the holes & fixing the same with cement slurry all complete 11 Supplying and fixing of fabric wire mesh 75x75x3 on concrete surface for jacket concreting/gunniting works 12 Carriage of dismantled RCC/PCC garbage by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking lead up to 2 KM 13 Epoxy Lining of Neutralization Tank along with connecting drains in WCTP-TPP as per scope of work
