Removing of floating, scum etc from the surface & notchesand removingthe chockage from feed pipes and feed boxes by providing roding and submersible pump.( 2 lalour X 2 shift X 365 Days = 1460 Mandays) 5 Removing of scum & dead algae form the surfaces of 2 No. polishing ponds , collecting the same in a vessel and thier to handcart and its safe disposal at desiredplace in the campus of including operating of gates / valves etc.( 2 lalour X 2 shift X 365 Days = 1460 Mandays) 6 Sludge withdrawal from reactors through all withdrawal pipes of reactors to maintain uniformity through out the reactor to flow the sludge by gravity into sludge sump and from there by pumping to enable to flow into channels of sludge drying beds so as to apply the sludge on a desired bed evenly for drying incluidng operation of valves/gates of reactors, sump and SDBs including proper maintenance of all the SDBS and leveling ther filter media of all the SDBS.( 1 lalour X 3 shift X 365 Days = 1095 Mandays) 7 Providing beldar for watch and ward of all unit of STP and campus as per direction of engineer in charge ( 2 lalour X 3 shift X 365 Days = 2190 Mandays) 8 Providing sweeper for regular cleaning of all units of STP as per direction of engineer in charge ( 2 Sweeper X 1 shift X 365 Days = 730 Mandays) 9 Provision for necessary safety equipments & T&P such as Bamboo, Gumboots, Wire mesh, Panji, Hand cart, Gloves, Helmets, Gas mask with Oxygen cylinder, Safety belt, for successful running, operation & maintenance of STP. 10 Regular cleaning/ maintenance of parks, cutting of grass & hedging regularly by machine,grassing, plantation, replacement of dead plants by new one, adding of manure etc. including supply of grass cutting machine, rubber pipe for watering the plants & grass, scissors etc. in campus as per direction of Engineerbydeploying minimum one Gardner,per day. 11 ProvidingArmed and Unarmed security Guardsfor watch and ward of existing assets in STP campusby providing minimum two Guard (one armed and one unarmed for 24 hours ) 12 Conducting required tests as per direction of Engineer in charge in STP laboratory by deployingone lab assistant of required qualification as per direction of E/I. keeping the record of tests and other data of plant in prescribed formats in register, sending the information of plant through messanger or through office telephone to office as desired. 13 Cleaning of Reactors, Polishing ponds, Sludge Drying Beds etc including bailing out of water from polishing ponds etc., supply of all labour, material, T&P required for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer in charge 14 Disposal of Silt upto a distance of 8 km from stp campus including supply of labour, material, T&P all complete as per direction of engineer in charge 15 Excavation of sludge cake (manure) from Sludge Drying Beds manually, and its carriage and stacking in a proper good manner at the specified place inside the campus of STP for sale if there is no sale of sludge cakes, the contractorshall have to remove this from site at his own cost as per direction of E/I. 16 deduct from sale of sludge cake @ 70% collected from the sludge beds the amount received in this head, shall be recovered from the running bills of the contracor recovery rate. 17 supply of Lab equipments, materials and chemicals etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge 18 Replacement of sand in sludge drying bed 19 Ist class brick work with 1:4 cement and,Coarse sand mortar in Superstructurein half brick wall including supply of all materials,
