ALMIRAH MED STEEL WITH SHELVES

Overall size shall be 760mm long, 440mm wide and 1270mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channels base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be upto full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to shutters. A three-way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with two numbers butt hinges 75mm long and shutters shall be side hung. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be treated with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by GE. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all as shown on drawing or as approved by GE

CHARPOY STEEL FRAME MAP WITH PLY TOP :- All steel and iron surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated of black colour with two coats over a coat of red oxide primer preparation of surfaces. Frame shall be made 25mmx65mm16 gauge MS tube frame alround. 32mm square MS tube 16 gauge legs shall be used. Stiffener shall be 25 mm x 25 mm 16 gauge MS tube shall be used. MS cleat welded with frame to support ply wood shall be used 12mm thick BWR grade shall be used. Ply shall 12mm thickness BWR ply ISI marked placed on top.

TRESTLE STORE ROOM STEEL:- Overall size shall be 2440mm long, 600mm wide a 300mm high.Two long angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of mild steel 1980mm long shall be provided 520mm apart at bottom connected with 50mmx3mm iron bracing, four in numbers, and equally spaced with 50mmx50mmx6mm iron.Rest all as per drg.AllSteel and iron work surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces on exposed to view when placed in position.

CHAIR DINING:- All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 440mm long, 430mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be first class hard wood teak (MP). Front Legs shall be 30mm×55mm in selection throughout up to 460mm high. Rear legs shall be 30mm×55mm in selection and 890mm high. The distance between outer side of legs in front shall be 440mm and the distance between outer side of legs in the rear shall be 405mm. The legs shall be joined with front, side and rear rails made to shape out of 30mm×65mm in section. Two side stiffener in short sides shall be provided of 20mm×25mm in section. One stiffener of 20mm×25mm section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffeners, joining short stiffeners back horizontal rest, two in numbers of 45mm×15mm made slightly curved in shape out 45mm×35mm in section wood shall be provided one at 18mm below the top of the rear legs and other below 45mm from the bottom of top horizontal rail. Caning shall be done without any joint in the cane. The cane shall be 2mm wide 0.4mm thick half round Gola type of Shah of premier brand and woven in Godrej pattern. The cane shall weight not less than 6gms per ten running meter. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Hard rubber/PVC shoes be screwed to the bottom of all legs.

PEG TABLE:- Timber shall be first class seasoned teak wood as per ISI 1331-1971 free from knots and cracks shall be used with moisture contents permissible. Top shallto be made of 18/19 mm thick pre laminated MDF board colour Bavarian beechIS- 12823 exterior grade, BWR type,as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Hard rubber toe to be fixed to legs. all wooden surface shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as specified and shown on drgs or as approved by GE.

TABLE DINING OR\"S :-The overall size of the Table Dining OR\"s frame shall be 1600mm×515mm×760mm made out of 25mm×25mm MS squre pipe of 16 guage. The size of top shall be 1900mm×685mm made out of 18mm exterior grade MDF board. A 22 guage aluminium sheet of size 1975mm×760mm shall be fixed on the top of the table dining OR\"s. Two stiffeners shall be provided in the parellel of short rail and both side of stiffners welded at long rails at equal distance. one stiffeners shall be provided in the parellel of long rail, both sides of stiffeners shall be welded at the middle of short rail as shown in drg. All stiffeners shall be made out of 25mm×25mm MS squre pipe of 16 guage. Hard rubber shoes shall be fixed to the legs of table. All MS member and table frame shall be treated with one coat of anti corrosive primer and two coat of best quality enemal paint with spray machine of approved colour by Engr-in-charge/GE. Rest all as per shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge/GE.
