Tender For Tourist shed at Magarmad Jai Bada Dev Sthal in Gram Panchayat Bhawar, 1 Earth work in Excavation for Foundation of Equipment , Structure, Channels Trenches, Drains, SumpsManhole cambers, Pavement,Basement,tanks ,culverts,etc in all kinds of soil including soft/integrated/weatheredrock( including hard rocks or factured rock requiring chiselling or blasting upto depth as sated below and all lifts, in both dry and wet condiyion including shoring,strutting,stacking with in a lead of 50 mts and as per specifications and direction of the engineer ( the measurment of payment shall be including allowance for working space as permitted as per is code ){ Depth of excavation shall be considered from the existing ground level at the site location of structure .(Ranging from 0 M to 3 M Depth) 2 Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with alift upto 1.5m transpoting to site spreading to required slope and compacting to meet required table 300.1 and 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per taechnical specificationclause 301.5 3 Laying and compacting of plain cement (1:4:8) concrete of following grade as defined by IS:456 with grade of stone aggregate in all foundation raft bed blocks ,manholes,chambers,tunnels,floors,pavement,screeding,etc to required levels slopes etc and all heights and depths above and below finished ground level including curing and the cost of shuttring all as per drawings specification and Direction of the Engineer. 4 RCCwork inwith cement Approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4)gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in footing ,plinth beam fixing of shelvesexcluding supply of reinforce-ment and its fixing and bending but including its fixing and binding bindingthe same with 24 B.W.G. binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, required for proper complition of work.strenth of the concrete shall not be less than M-20 Sl no 19 ref of analysis288b 5 Class 150 bricks in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 fineness moduls mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. 6 Class 150 bricks in 1:5 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 fineness moduls mortar in Superstructureincluding supply of all materials labour T&P etc. 7 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concreteof reinforced brickwork(when not include in over all rates)wrought to required shape as necessary including SI No 504 8 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar proportion of 1:4 cavement and approved coarse sand of minimum thickness shall not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. Required for proper complition of work. 9 12mm thick Roof plaster with cement mortar proportion of 1:3 cavement and approved coarse sand of minimum thickness shall not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. Required for proper complition of work. 10 25mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm graded approved 3d stone grit laid in pannels finished with 3mm neat cement slurry including supply of all materials etc requiredfor proper complition (without base concrete) as per SI NO 601 11 Providing and supply of White cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plaster wall surface even and smooth complete .As per DSR 2016 (13.80) 12 wall painting (two coats)with plastic emulsion paint of first quality approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give even shed including througkly brushing the surface free from mortardropping and other foreign matterand sand prepared smooth. 13 Supply of Fixing of Sing Board
