Tender For Civil And Horticultural Work For Beautification/Upgradation Of Chittaranjan Park Located At Godowlia., 1 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. And including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth ad directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete. 2 Concrete with 4 cm.gauge stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work. 3 M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. 4 M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in Super structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks required and for one brick thick wall including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants. Etc. required for proper completion of work. 5 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 4 part of coarse sand minimum thickness no be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. 7 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required 8 Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal ofsurplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres. 9 Supplying and stacking at site. 10 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate 11 Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density 12 Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweepingextra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 13 60 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade withapproved colour, design & pattern 14 Mixing earth and manure in specified proportion or asdirected. 15 Providing&layingSelectionno.1grassturfwith earth50mmto 60mm thickness on existing ground prepared with proper level and rammingwithrequired toolswoodenandthanrollingthesurface with light rollermake thesurface smoothenand lightwatering the same, as per direction of officer in charge 16 Excavating,supplyingandfillingoflocalearth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 15km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. 17 Jali Work 18 MS 1.5mm sheet cnc cut gali shading Above seating(rate anaylisis attach) 19 Providing and fixing of 30mm thick GRC Jali with including all complete work.(rate anaylisis attach) 20 Providing and fixing of stone benches with all complete work.(item take by sarnath pro-poor)
