Arrangement for organizing ceremony under Chief Ministers Mass Marriage Scheme-Main materials and services for arrangement of event2 1- Five photographs of the bride along with her album after her marriage 2- Installation of 2 to 4 big screen LEDs at the event venue on which the event will be telecast (for 100 or more couples) 3- Decoration (entire stage, pandal, selfie point etc.) and other arrangements as per the instructions of the organizer. 4- Big screen LED at the event venue 5- Tent (table, chair, mattress, token stall, pandal for baraatis and guests to sit, food stall, balloons, floor mat, changing room, media room, arrangement of body etc.) and other arrangements as per the instructions of the organizer 6- Banner- As per the instructions of the organizer 7- Stage (decoration, chair, table, sofa, center table, AC and water cooler as per requirement 8- Sound amplifier (mic with dice, wireless mike, sound system, sound box, generator with fuel etc.) and other arrangements as per the instructions of the organizer. 9- Food arrangement for 10 persons each for bride and groom and their side- Food menu- (Matar paneer, mix veg, jeera rice, chola, dal fry, tandoori roti, puri, khasta kachori, salad, papad, pickle, rasgulla) 500 ml water bottle for couples, mineral water for all visitors. Breakfast - (01 Khaasta, 01 Aloo Tikki, Chutney and other arrangements as per the instructions of the organiser) 10- Proper arrangement of refreshments for all the VIP visitors before the start of the marriage ceremony – 01 Khaasta, 02 Cutlets, Chutney, 04 pieces of Kaju Barfi, Tea or Coffee, Chips, Roasted Cashews, Cashew Mix Namkeen, Fruits, Water Bottle 01 litre per person and other arrangements as per the instructions of the organiser. 11- 01 kg sweets to the newly married couple after the end of the programme. 12- Marriage rituals material (worship material, camphor, matchsticks, agarbatti, coconut, pin, safety pin, Raksha, roli, sindoor, jaggery, ghee, rice, lava, betel leaf, betel nut, jaimala and sehra, havan kund, shehnai, tasha, turban for guests, books, fruit garland etc. For marriage of minority couples- gram, dates, sugar candy etc. and other arrangements as per the instructions of the organizer. 13- Photography and drone camera, 14- Videography, 15- Cultural programs, 16- Invitation cards, 17- 01 fruit plant per couple, 18- Religious leader (Pandit and Maulvi) to solemnize the marriage, 19- Other arrangements based on local requirement, 20- Other work charges as per the instructions of the organizer etc. complete
