Tender For Shahabad Nagar Panchayat Reorganization Water Supply Scheme, Submission of design, drawing, testingof bearing capacity of soil and supply of all material, labour T&P etc. and construct as per tenderers own seismic proof design and drawings (approved by the department) complete intze Type on raft or pile cum raft foundation with columns and braces of1750 KL/20M, 1550KL/22 M, 750Kl/20M Three Nos R.C.C. Over head Tank from made up ground level at site to the top of bottom ring beam of tank, with a minimum free board of 15cm . The design of the tank shall base on safe bearing capacity of soil at site as 8 T/m2 and depth of foundation as 3.00 m from existing ground level on pile/raft foundation. made up level of OHT will be taken as 1.00 M above existing gound level. Extra earth required for made up level will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. The work will include testing of Bearing Capacity of soil at site also from a Goverment Engineering College such as IIT/BHU/AMU/NIT or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. If the bearing capacity of soil less than 8 T/m2 than the contractor will submit the design on the same B.C. No extra payment will be paid for this. All other details of tank not covered here shall also be as per specifications enclosed.Submission of test report of Soil bearing capacity only through recognized and approved insitution as recommended by Engineer-in-charge.Submission of 5 sets of detailed design and drawing of OHT from any recognized University as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.All components of R.C.C. O.H.T. will be casted in M-30 grade conc. or as per approved design including fixing of various pipes and ventilator at top and fixing of M.S. Sheet of 10 gauge manhole cover of 60 cm x 60 cm size with frame and locking arrangement and railing including supply of all material.R.C.C. stair case with 1.0 m minimum clear width attached with tank body (as two column based ) as an access to Balcony and Top Dome of tank from ground level as per design & drawing with 1.25m high railling and gate with cabin as per specification including supply of all materials.M.S. ladder made of 50 X 50 X 6 mm angle section and 20 mm plain M.S. bars (specification of M.S. should be as per IS 800-2007) with hand rails of 20 mm medium class G.I. pipes on both sides in three rows from balcony to top dome resting on an RCC plateform (75 X 75 cm and 10 cm thick) projecting from top ring beam and one alluminium ladder inside the tank body ( from manhole in top dome to bottom dome).Proper R.C.C. railing and 20 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe (in 3 rows) on both sides of stair case, around the balcony at each landing from landing with top ring beam upto manhole on the top dome and at the periphery.
