Running operation of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) of 200 KLD capacity based on SBR Technology round the clock, cleaning of floors, taking out the sludge and proper cleaning of STP i/c watch & ward of STP by providing following staff in all days including sunday & Holiday:(i) Operator(Skilled) for STP -3 Nos.- one no in each shift.(ii) Sweeper/Helper (Unskilled) - 01 No. in General shift (From 9 AM to 5 PM)

Supply of Liquid microbial inoculants for the removal of foul odour from the STP and to maintain proper MLSS in the areation tank etc. complete as reqd.

Supply of Liquid hypo solution - 30 Ltr. Per month, urea and DAP -30 Kg. each and jiggery 50 kg. Per month as required for the dosing in areation tank for necessary nutrient and culture growth and to maintain proper MLSS in the areation tank etc. complete as required.

Submission of two monthly test reports of Untreated sewage and treated water from DPCC/NABL authorized lab with following parameters.(A) COD (B) BOD (C) TSS (D) OIL & GREASE (E) pH (2 Nos. report per month)

Comprehensive Maintenance of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) of 200 KLD Capacity Based on SBR Technology i/c. repairing, servicing & replacement of defective/ wornout electrical, electromechanical, mechanical parts and equipments and associated accessories of STP Plant as per inventory and term & condition attached including providing all type of consumables items required for the STP System in functional and keeping the machinery in good working condition all times during currency of the work etc. as required.Note:- The contractor must visit the site & make himself familiar with the existing condition of various installations & accessories/mounting of the STP Plant before participating in the tender.
