Bids Are Invited For s the major functional scope for various activities and it’s subtasks Bidder shall provide the SIP channels for call landing for UP 112. Bidder is required to submit a detailed implementation plan for the implementation stage. It shall be the responsibility of bidder provides SIP line services in NexGen UP112. Bidder shall support in carrying out acceptance test of their services. Bidder to perform O&M support for the bandwidth services. Bidder to conform to the service level agreements as mentioned in the RFP NexGen UP112 require bidder to provide SIP line services for calls landing at 112 centers at Lucknow and OMCs directly from Telecom Service provider. For redundancy on SIP channels at UP112 Lucknow center and OMC, bidder has to provide channels with last mile connectivity on different media (Copper/Fiber and RF). Bidder (Telecom Service Provider) to activate and configure various help lines services for SIP channels. Bidder (Telecom Service Provider) to provide redundancy of SIP channels to Analogue and CUG mobiles lines in case of failure of SIP channels Distribution including inbound and outbound channels. All channels should facilitate both incoming and outgoing calls. The SIP channels should not have any limitations on number of calls landed for any given period of time (concurrent calls may be limited as per number of channel). Bidder to provide 1:3 DID ratio for each channel, ie 3 DID numbers for each channelBidder is required to submit a detailed implementation plan for the implementation stage. The plan should cover: 1 Timelines of various stages of implementation 11. Resource deployment plan 111 Infrastructure deployment plan IV. Milestones and associated risks It shall be the responsibility of bidder to provide SIP line services required for NexGen UP112. Bidder has to meet the service levels and requirements of UP112. NextGen UP112 require bidder provide SIP lines at below mentioned locations for call landing : 1. Command Center/DC at Lucknow 2. OMC at Prayagraj Number of SIP lines required for all the above is mentioned in section 5, Unpriced BOQ All the services shall be deployed within T + 1 months. Where T is the date of receiving of PO. All the proposed solution to conform to the requirements mentioned in this RFP.SIP channels will be tested by performing call landing on 112 services and check if there are any call drops, latency, jitter in voice. All the channels provided will be made active by landing calls simultaneously and SIP line should be able to handle those loads.
