Tender For Construction Of Bathroom And Toilet At Gelling Village => Limited; 1 Construction works 2 EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORKEarth work in excavation in foundation and trenches in soils containing 50% or more of single or small size boulders upto 30 cm size lift 1.50 m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m 3 Providing and laying bolder pitching laid under the foundation footing laid dry as per technical specification 4 Re-filling excavated earth in foundations and plinth etc. in 15 cm layer including ramming and watering etc. complete 5 Filling in plinth with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site, as per direction of the Engineer charge 6 Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete 7 Supply chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified (i) Chlorpyriphos Emulsifiable concentrate 20% with 1% concentration 8 Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion in sealed diluting and injecting chemical for POST-CONSTRUCTION anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion). Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 liters per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc. with Chlorpyriphes/Lindane E C 20% with 1% (i)Chlorpyriphos Emulsifiable concentrate 20% with 1% concentration 9 CONCRETE WORKProviding and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centring an shutteringin (i) Foundation and plinth 10 Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 11 R.C.C WORKReinforced concrete work in foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete excluding cost of centering shuttering and reinforcement in : (i) (1 cement : 1: 5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 12 Reinforcement cement concrete with in columns, pillars, piers abutments, post and struts etc up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering shuttering and reinforcement. (i)M 20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 13 Reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, beams and bresumers up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering shuttering and reinforcement in (i) M 20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 14 Reinforced cement concrete in suspended floors roofs landings and balconies upto floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement with 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in M20 1:1.5:3 (cement : 1:5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 15 Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form for (i) foundations, footings bases of columns etc for mass concrete 16 Columns, pillars, piers, abutments posts and struts 17 Lintels, beams, plinth girders bressumers and cantilevers 18 Suspended floors, roots landings balconies shelves and access platform 19 Reinforcement of RCC work including straightening cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete(i)Cold twisted bar 20 BRICK WORKBrick work with best available local bricks in foundations and plinth in cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement and 4 fine sand) 21 Half brick masonry (with best available local bricks) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth 22 Extra for half brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor two level 23 WOOD WORKProviding approved best available local wood (Class B II) work in frames of doors, windows clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position 24 Providing and fixing flush door shutters, decorative type core of black board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched 1st class teak ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. (i)40 mm thick including anodized aluminum butt hinges with necessary screws 25 Providing and fixing MS sliding door bolts bright finished or and black enameled with nuts and screws etc complete 26 FLOORING Cement concrete flooring 1 : 2 : 4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement (i) 40 mm thick 27 FINISHING 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix (aa) 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 28 12 mm thick cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine) on walls 29 6 mm thick cement plaster (1 cement : 3 fine sand) to celling 30 Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface 31 Providing & applying water proofing cement Paint 32 Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface 33 Distemper (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade
