Bids Are Invited For Operation And Maintenance Of Substation - complete System - Making Earthing of L.A including work of digging of soil upto Im depth or as per requirement, breaking of PCC/ Brick work (if required). Making 06 Nos. holes in soil, across structure of 132 KV side I.A. Fabricating min. 3m long electrodes from 40mm dia MS round, having one side conical shape. Placing of electrodes and laying of 75X10mm MS flats as per drawing or site conditions, including work of shifting of material, cutting, bending, drilling and welding at joints of 75X10mm MS flat and 40mm dia MS round etc. Connecting the Newly made grid by X-Y MS round of existing earthmat as per drawing with the help of 75X10mm MS flat or 50X6mm MS flat. Backfilling of soil/stones etc. Making connections of LA/Surge counter by riser from 75X10mm MS flat, as per drawing available. 132KV Moradabad Bay 132KV Gajraula Bay 132KV Chaddha Sugar Mill Bay 132KV Gajraula(220KV) Bay Opening of jumpers, interconnections of equipments with ACSR Panther conductor of 132KV equipment with Transfer/Jack Bus bar of ACSR Panther conductor. The work includes cutting of conductor, opening of clamps & fittings with all other associated works. De-stringing of 132KV Transformer Jack Bus-bar (All 03 Phases) of ACSR Panther conductor. The work shall be carried out after opening of Jumpers and Clamps, including opening of single tension fitting, de-hoisting of disc insulators and shifting the recovered material from site to store. Stringing of 132KV Transformer Jack Bus by Single ACSR Zebra conductor with the help of single tension fitting along with hoisting of disc insulators and other related hardware at both ends of spans and proper sagging including cutting bending of conductor to and fro and shifting of the material from store to site. Jumpering, interconnections of equipments with ACSR Zebra conductor of 132KV equipment with Transfer/Jack Bus bar of ACSR Zebra/Twin Panther conductor. The work includes cutting of conductor, opening of clamps & fittings with all other associated works. Safe carriage of Required material as ACSR Zebra Conductor/M.S. Flat etc. by private truck to be arranged by contractor including cost of fuel, toll etc. from different Store locations of nearby Transmission Divisions Spray painting of following Structure/Equipment at 132KV Substation Amroha with synthetic enamel paint (Burger/Asian/Shalimar) matching the original color of equipment including cleaning of surface are to remove dust /rust and oil spots with the help of brush sand paper including applying primer of Burger/Asian/Shalimar make before applying the paint. 33/0.4KV Station Transformer 132KV CT 33KV VCB 33KV CT 33KVPT 33KV CT/PT Junction Box 33KV Isolator Junction Box Total Quantity :
