The plugged tubes / leaky tubes/ weak tubes whichever the tubes pointed out by the Chemist to be removed from the calendria.2. The holes of the tube plate to be cleaned and corrected to suit the tube.3. New tubes to be fitted and expanded on both ends with tube expander. New tube will be supplied by the Mills.4. Hydraulic test will be conducted and ifany defects/leaks noticedit should be rectified by the contractor.Size of The TubesSS tube : 45 mmOD x42 mm ID x 2060 mm Length Quantity:300 Nos
