Tender for work of Awat crossroads in Nandgaon work number-10, 1 Earth work by mechinical / manual means in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and for all lift2.2.1All kinds of soil 2 Cartage /Disposal of Earth from3 km as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge(Rates includes royalty of earth but excluding cost of earth.) 3 Providing, laying spreading & compactingof granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H clause 401 &as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges &including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.. 4 Providing & laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, MORT&H - 406. 5 Providing and applying Prime coat with bitumen Emulsionusing Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.60 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 6 Providing and applying tack coat bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.3 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surfacecleaned with mechanical broom. 7 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hous using crushed sggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.25 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects. 8 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver fnisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to achiev ethe desired compaction as per MoRTH specifications Clause no. 509 complete in all respects. 9 Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 brick 8cm. (3) wide and 12cm (4½) deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Supply & Laying of precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand as per design approved by Architect or Engineer-in-charge all complete work.(rubber mould) 11 100 mm Rubber Molded ordinary Tile 12 100 mm Rubber Molded coloured Tiles 13 Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. 14 Reflective Raised Pavement Markers(Cat eye/Road stud). 15 Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 16 16.69 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). 17 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).11.20.2 Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement. 18 Flexible Meadian Marker As per IRC 79:2019 : Flexible Meadian marker (FMM) should be used for improving median visibility during dark hours. Use of median marker providessafety against collison happening with meadian during night time , or severe weather . flexible median marker shall be provided with fluorecent yellow color retro- reflective sheeting type XI as per IRC: 87 . flexible median marker shall be tough , high impact resistant , injection -molded , thermoplastic body with property of flexibilty to provide high durability and U shape structure having rebound bounce back properly . the sheeting shall be of type XI conforming to IRC: 67 and it should be on both the face where by providing maximum reflectivity at i anger distance with adequate durability. the logo of manufacture shall be embossed on either side of the body during the injection molding process . FMM shall be fixed bycombination bf epoxy adhesive and grouting /drilling on concrete medians or property constructed solid meadian Height. The marker height shall be minimum of 180mm. width 120mm and body thickness: 6.5mm .the shanks shall not be less than 20mm and depth shall not be less than 30mm Reflective area: shall not be less than 90cm square . proof of the same report shall be uploded which quoiting tender .The body FMM shall be bounce back to its original postion of after 750 number of hits using pendulum of 1.8kg conforming 40 ASTM D 256 adhesion between the body and outer casing body of FMM shall with stand 50kg I tensile loads conforming to ASTM D638 method. The rate shall include all materials , labour, T$P, Transpotation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge. 19 10.28 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge,(for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel membersshall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). kg 612.25
