Paint shall be used as asian or standard IS specification approved by Engineer-in-charge. 6 Finishing wall with weather coat by premium arcylic exterior paint applied @1.67 ltr/10 Sqm (Asian or Berger Brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cementprimer of approved brand and manufecturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign marrers and sand papered smooth including supply of all material labour tools andPlant etc, required for proper completion of work 7 Dismantling existing old plaster and racking of joints of brick workin cement or lime to a depth of 1 cm (3/8) including disposal of refuse with in distance of 60 mtr with cost of all labour and Tand P etc complete. 8 Centeringand shuttering for RCC work in slabandbed block etc including cost of all material labour and T and P complete 9 Dismantling door and window leaves including stacking of materials with in 60 meters with cost of all labour and T and P etc complete. 10 Dismantling door and window chaukhat with hold fast including stacking of materials with in 60 meters with cost of all labour and T and P etc complete. 11 12.5 mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 cement coarse sand on VRB & Other Structure including cost of all material, labour and T and P etc. complete. 12 Providing and layingCement concrete (1:2:4)with cement , coarse sand , and 10mm to 25mmstone grit including cost of all material, labour and T and P etc.complete. 13 Mild Steel or iron work including drilling holes and fixing in position and erecting structure/ column in position and fabricting and including supply of all steel, labour and bolt and plant etc required for proper completion of work. 14 Cement Pointingin 1:2 (Flush) on brick masonry ,cement , coarse sandincluding cost of all material, labour and T and P etc. complete. (3M Hight) 15 Cement Pointingin 1:2 (Struck deep) on brick masonry ,cement , coarse sandincluding cost of all material, labour and T and P etc. complete. (4.5M Hight) 16 Earth work in embankment by power transported earth with a lead beyond 200 m and upto 1.00 km.
