Minor Civil And Electric Work (Conservation Of Ancient Monument) Church And Convent Of St Francis Of Assisi At Old Goa. ; 1 Applying water proofing paint of approved brand and shade to the exterior walls of church to give an even shade, scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including cost of materials,necessary repairs to scratches, erection and dismantling of tubular scaffolding, loading, unloading, lifting, carrying, transportation charges to work site with necessary safety measures working to a height of more than 15 to 30 mts including cleaning of work site after completion of work all charges etc. complete as directed by site incharge 2 Applying white washing with lime in the interior walls of church to give an even shade, including cost of material scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth, attending the necessary repairs to scratches, erection and dismantling of tubular scaffolding, loading, unloading, lifting, carrying, transportation charges to work site with necessary safety measures working to a height of more than 15 to 30 mts including cleaning of work site after completion of work all charges etc. complete as directed by site incharge. 3 Applying synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade in three coats (for wood work like Doors and Windows) over a coat of primer for the both sides of the doors and choukat/frame, partition, wooden ceiling etc. attending minor repairs to the wooden ceiling including cost of materials and other all charges, etc. complete as directed by site incharge. 4 Providing and applying synthetic enamel painting of approved brand and shade in two coats (for Iron work like Railing, Grill) over a coat of primer including scraping the surface, attending the minor repairs wherever required, preparing the surface, including cost of material and other all charges, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.
