Tender For Replacing The Damaged Precast Cover Slabs At Berth No. 11; 1 Demolishing RCC work in trap stone metal including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead 0f 100m including all tools & plant, labour, material,providing props ,scaffoldings etc. complete. 2 Cleaning and clearing debris from the trench of pipe line including dewatering by using mechanical pump, Cleaning the trench manually/mechanically with taking proper safety. Removing all types of from the trench Including----etc. All labour and material 3 Filling in plinth and under flooring with murrum or other approved earth brought from outside, in layers of 20 cm (8)and consolidating and, ramming etc. All plant, tools labour and material etc. complete. 4 Soling with hard laterite rubble stone of 20 cm to 30 cm size including hand packing etc. complete.All plant, tools labour and material etc. complete 5 Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing etc. All plant, tools labour and material etc. complete 6 Providing RCC M25 grade concrete and compacting with vibrator, and levelling including providing thermocol of 25mm at the both the joints, mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing , rate include applying bonding agent as per manufacture specification etc.All plant, tools labour and material etc. complete 7 Providing and fixing reinforcement with TMT/tor steel fe-500 including cutting, bending, tying grills, placing in position, holding in position during concreting, including cost of binding wire. All labour and material , tools & plant etc. complete . 8 Providing & fixing shuttering for the precast slab , etc. of any size and shape including cleaning, oiling, closing, gaps, removing shuttering after concreting, provisions of necessary props, bracings and other supports etc. All labour and material etc. complete. 9 Transporting and dumping surplus excavated material/dismantled material in the low lying areas, including loading, unloading, transporting, rough levelling etc.at places as directed by the Chief Engineer or his representative Within a lead of 5.0 km.All labour and material etc. complete.
