Maintenance, Repairing, Renovation And Retrofitting Works-Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed by Engineer - in - Charge (EIC) within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the EIC Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings Jetc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed by EIC Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed by EIC and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] with 1:6 cement mortar- 25 mm thick plaster Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturers specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg/m² of concrete surface). Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of EIC Removing old paint from blistered painted surface with application of soda, sajimati or any approved chemical paint remover and exposing the original surface including cleaning and thorough washing to remove all traces of the removing agent including taking out shutters and refixing the same where necessary.Anti Carbonation coating for protection of Concrete Surface from Carbonation by with two coats of Single component solvent free, cold applied pure acrylic polymer, (Anticarbonation coating) breathable, elastomeric on a water based priming coat (Total 3 (three) coats including priming coats) having 50% elongation property, UV resistant capacity, non-toxic with asthetic view, eco friendly and low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) material. The product complies with the requirement as laid out in as per ASTM D822. Recommended DFT (Dry Film Thickness): 100-110 microns per coat. Top coat may have with 5% - 10% dilution if required and anti carb primer with 100% dilution with approx. DFT:20 micron. Total system DFT should not be less than 230 micron for getting better anticarbonation property on concrete surface as per direction of EIC. Note: 1) The rate is exclusive of the cost of scaffolding 2) It may be used for the exposed surfaces of Concrete structures 3)This item shall be executed only after specific Instruction of EIC Supplying, preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious microconcrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and jackting of damaged R.C.C.members. The micro concrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MPA after 24 hours, 40 MPA after 7 days, 50 MPA after 28 days at 300C.It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. Flexural strength shall not be less than 5 MPA after 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete Providing anti corrosive fusion bonded epoxy coating (FBEC) to reinforcement bar conforming to IS-13620-1993 (with latest amendment) for a thickness of 100 micron to 300 micron after curing as per Annexure - A of IS: 13620 (1993) (with latest amendment) and application of coating should be as per Cl. 6 of IS 13620 (1993) (with latest amendment) including preparation of surface.
