    Tender For annual rate contract For Store Material Handling Jobs- 1 Description 2 Carrying of empty bags bails from store & separate torn bags printing of marka onjute empty bags by printing machine. 3 Carrying empty bag & filling sugar from bins, weighing, stitching by contractor operator, (tag for jute bags will be arranged by the contractor as per sample approved by the Mills) numbering on PP bags bags by lazer machine as per standard approved by the Mills ( the lazermachine will be arranged by the contractor by himeslfand Grade wise storing in drier house if required. If there is any bag of sugar without stitching & numbering then contractor will do the upper job manually & no extra rate will be given.If there is any torn bag found from drier house / Godowns that same will be empty at the hopper jali & no extra rate will be given for this job. 4 Rate of above point no. 2 without tagging at P.P. bags. (Opptional, If Mills required.) 5 Carrying sugar bag from drier house to sugar godown/ Temporary Godowns ( entry shall be from the front or back gate both sides) in the mills premises with contractor’s own vehicle & stack the 50 kg packing bag upto the height of 50 bag stack with the help of stacker/manual . 6 Godown no 1 to 5 (With his own Vehicle) 7 Godown no 6 to 8 (With his own Vehicle) 8 Temporary Godown in Mills premises i.e. Mills Gate park, workshop, store,canteen, cane farm etc. (With his own Vehicle) 9 Loading of sugar bag in trucks from sugar godown or other places( Mills may get loading of sugar from any layer in godown i.e. above 10 bags, 20 bags of 30 bags hights, no extra charges will be given) 10 During Season 11 During off season 12 Wet Sugar after flood
