(Only PCC/ST pole will by provided by the Department.) 21 Dragging of ST Pole digging of pit erection of sub-station type double pole structure on ST Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming, as per RESPO Specification. (Only ST Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department.) 22 Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x70 / 3x120 sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as PerRESPO Norms. (GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor). 23 Chemical type earthing (All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor) 24 Bore type earthing (All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor) 25 High pressure testing (All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor) 26 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.5 mtr with the help first class brick & masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting transformer. (All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.) 27 Wiremess fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S & Distribution box shall be made of rectangular of size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mess shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give extra strength of welding to wire mess welded on the frame. Diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded with Ms flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I. (All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.) 28 Laying Stringing & sagging of 3 Phase 3 wire 11 KV New Line on ACSRDog conductor as per RESPO Specification and direction on E/I. All material exept ACSR wesal conductor shall be supplied by the contractor.. (Only ACSR Dog Conductor Provided by the department) 29 Proper laying & commissioning of (3x120 sq.mm) Aerial Bunched Conductor. (Only ABC Provided by the department) 30 Laying of 3X70 / 3x120sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by drilling method as per RESPO Norms. (Only cable supplied by the Department.) 31 Laying of 3X70 / 3x120 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by Manual method as per RESPO Norms. (Only cable supplied by the Department.) 32 Supply and fixing of copper L-piece for 100 KVA TFas per RESPO Norms 33 Supply and fixing of aluminium Lug for 100 KVA TFas per RESPO Norms 34 Supply and fixing of copper L-piece for 250 KVA TFas per RESPO Norms 35 Supply and fixing of aluminium Lug for 250 KVA TFas per RESPO Norms 36 Supply and fixing of 11 KV TPMO set complete as per RESPO Norms 37 Supply and fixing of Danger Board and Clamp as per RESPO Norms 38 Supply and fixing Messonary Type LT Tailless Fuse Unit 300/500 Amp.
