Tender For Renovation Of Ada Apartment; 1 Electrical Items : 2 Repair of Cracks:-Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 ?45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 ?1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/ running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/ running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat. 3 Exterior Paint:-Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface. 4 Interior Paint (Common Areas):-Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.Scope also involves filing of cracks y V-Groves and filling it with white Cement. 5 MS Grill Paint (Floor Grills, Boundary Grills, Window Grills):-Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work. 6 Removing full Stoneware pipe and replacing with new CPVC pipe:-Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings and U-Pipe Connection. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. The work scope also includes dumping of Debris beyond the Site Campus should be insured by the Contractor as the direction of Engineer in Charges.100mm nominal dia pipe. 7 Matt Tiles at the Basement:-Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Steel Cover Slab:-Providing and fixing of Lock Bar (E 250) –10 mm thick MS Plate over Steel Grouting of size (1.5m X 1.5m) and removing existing debris out of site campus as per the direction of Engineer in charge. 9 MS Frame Structure for support to Meta Cab Sheet:-Providing and fixing of MS Frame Structure for Support to cover slab and removing existing debris out of site campus as per the direction of Engineer in charge. 10 Meta Cab SheetProviding and fixing of Meta Cab Sheet over MS Frame Structure. 11 Internal Tiles work:-Providing & fixing of 600 x 600 mm premium polished vitrified flooring tiles (light shade-double charged) first quality of approved make (Khajaria/ H & R Johnson / Naveen) laid on the existing mosaic floor, fixed using suitable adhesive (Dry construction), fixed to true line & level with / without spacer joints filled with suitable non shrink filler chemicals, including surface preparation such as filling pot holes, cracks, crevice and chipping of existing mosaic flooring etc, and placing black granite piece at the door of approx. size of 4’ x 4’, complete and cutting of the existing wooden doors to adjust the level of flooring if required. All as per sample available at ADA and OEMs specification. 12 Brick work Chamber:-Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge .Ordinary rock. (size 2m*2m*1m)- 2 Nos. 13 Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Concrete of M20 grade with minimum cement content of 270 kg /cum. 14 Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) : With Modular bricks:- (Size- 2m*2m*5)- 2nos. 15 Providing of 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).
