Tender For Periodical Services And Misc B/R Repairs To Otm Accn In Zone-I Area Under Age B/R-I Of Ge Jaipur- 1 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars and cornices, including brooming down, cleaning the surface and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2 ,---ditto---- all as per item No 1 above but two coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed. 3 ,---ditto---- all as per item No 1 above but one coats of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed. 4 ,---ditto---- all as per item No 1 above but two coats of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preparing old decorated surface of walls including brooming down and cleaning the surfaces and applying one coat of distemper (Oil emulsion)of 1st quality of approved tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means on old plastered surfaces of walls, including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of distemper (oil emulsion) of 1st quality of approved tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 7 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means on old plastered surfaces of walls, including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint (1st quality) of approved tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 8 M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down and cleaning the surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint (1st quality) of approved tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 9 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means on old surfaces of walls, AC sheet, soffits of chajjah of any description and at any position and preparing the surface and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion weather proof exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 ,---ditto---- all as per item No 9 above but two coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion weather proof exterior paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 11 M&L for preparation of old painted wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing of old painted wooden surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified & as directed. 13 M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 14 M&L complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as specified & as directed. 15 Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement lime mortar including al quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 16 M&L brick work with sub-class B bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 for raising of height of drain, manhole/wallcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 17 M&L brick work with with Sub-Class B bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 18 Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster any description on stone surface/brick surfaces of wall or ceiling including raking outs joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on stone masonry or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 20 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonary surfaces or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceilings, chajja etc in CM (1:3) and reinforced with chicken wire mesh, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 22 M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 23 M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (Ist quality) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 24 M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Weather coat smooth) over and incl a coat of priming coat (Seal-o-Prime)complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 25 S&F for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and incl priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
