Tender For CAMOUFLAGING TO BUILDING, ROOFING AND OTHER CONNECTED MISC WORK AT OMQ AND MES COMPLEX AREA UNDER GE (AF) SRINAGAR.- 1 Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for brick work with sub class B Bricks (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for 5mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including 3mm thick layer of wall care putty and priming coat preparatory to distempering on surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Preparation of newnew plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed. 10 Preparation of newly plastered surfaces wall sides and soffits of the beams, ceilings, fascias, parapets etc and applying two coats of weather paint (Apex) over a coat of exterior primer and 1mm thick wall care putty on, colour and tint as ordered in any pattern including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer, including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed. 12 Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc 10cm width or girth by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots of roof /CGI Sheets, steel gates, steel doors, steel rolling shutters, steel eves boards etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Preparation of old or previously treated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed. 14 Complete removal of existing surface treatment from the old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of exterior primer including scaffolding up to 15m height , complete all as specified and directed. 15 Preparation of old plastered/unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down smoke roots. moulds, moss and efflorescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of exterior primer, including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Complete removal of existing surface treatment from the old plastered surface of wall and applyingtwo coats of cement base paint over primer including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed. 17 Preparation of old plastered/unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down smoke roots. moulds, moss and efflorescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed. 18 S&F in repairs second class soft wood weather boarding, clean sawn, thickness 20mm to 25 mm and rebated on thick edge to give 20mm laps and fixed in eaves board etc upto 15 metres height, complete all as specified and directed. 19 Preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat ofpink primer, complete all as specified and directed 20 Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed 21 S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating, complete all as specified and directed. 22 All as per Ser item No 21.00 here in above but except Sheets. 23 S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating, complete all as specified and directed. 24 Preparation of new zinc (or galvanised) steel and iron roof surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etcand applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for Writing letters or figures including dashes etc (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high and width of the letter not less than 2.5mm,complete all as specified and directed 26 Supplying, fabricating and fixing wall panelling / claddingof aluminium composite panel of any colour any typeof approved shades made out of 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 2 mm thick mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick ). The aluminium composite panel wall panelling / cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF lumiflon based fluoropolyer resign coating of approved colour and shade on exposed face and polymer (service) coating on the face fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25 mm x 40 mm with 1 mm wall thickness including stainless steel screws, nuts bolts, washers cleats, weather silicone sealant for groove filling etc complete all as per manufacturer instruction and as directed including taking down oldpanelling / cladding, complete all as specified and directed. 27 S&F stainless steel alphabets letters (not less than 2.5mm thick) of height of letter exc 100 but not exc 300 mm and width 15 to 30 mm including fixing arrangements (Font of letters as directed by Engr-in Charge), complete all as specified and directed. 28 S&F in repairs stainless steel gates with stainless steel tubler square pipe, Squar Bar, flait etc of grade 304 fixed in Gates, stair hand rails, post etc including welding, grinding, buffing &welding to MS 50mm x 6mm hold fast and grouted,125mm below the concrete surface and making good (SS shall be of grade 304 quality), complete all as specified and directed. 29 Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule A Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismentling/taking down items) worth Rs 48,850.00 during AOC.Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule.
