Tender For Repair To Chajja, Vent Pipes And Connected Items In Sec A Under Age B/R I At Chandimandir--1 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. 3 Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof grouted in cement mortar, demolition of mud phuska of any thickness including removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified & directed. 4 Chipping of loose/ damaged / cracked / previously repaired/ delaminated or weak concrete by chiseling to expose the sound core concrete in sunshades, Chajjas, Parapets, walls, columns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position including necessary scaffolding and safety precautions for up to height 12metre and wherever required and directed by Engineer in charge, with and including dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick, using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and fished with 10mm thick rendering with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed.Note: - Supply only Chicken wire mesh will be measured and paid separately under respective items 5 Supply only chicken wire mesh of size 12.5mm x 1mm complete all as specfied and directed 6 40mm thick brick tiles with including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointed grouted and pointed complete mixed with crude oil 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. 7 All as per serial item No 7 herein before but except tiles –ditto- 8 Racking out joints brick work or brick tile, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs ec in cement and mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed. 9 Flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat in roof in cement mortar 1:4 including racking out joints/ pointing complete all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC shall be masured and paid separately) 10 Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, all as specified. 11 Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified & directed. 12 Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) ,complete all as specified and as directed. 13 3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of oil based bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions including two coats of bituminous paint on surface of APP mebrance, complete all as specified and directed. 14 Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 (nominal mix,type A-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas, parapets, facia etc, all as specified and directed . 15 Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified. 17 Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 18 Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. 19 Plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed. 20 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified. 21 Dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular faces of walls, exposed reinforced surfaces, in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 22 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over concrete /brick surfaces, in patches, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing necessary scaffolding, safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed. 23 Rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:3 over brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling, in patches, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified & directed. 24 Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, applying wall care putty in two coats over a coat of alkali – resistant cement based primer and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed. 25 Preparation of old plastered or unplastered walls / parpaets / shafts / mumty surfaces of walls by completely removing existing treatment, applying wall care putty in one coat over a coat of alkali – resistant cement based primer and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed. 26 Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed. 27 Applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified & directed. 28 Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 29 Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 30 Non skid, first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 31 Light shade coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over a 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed 32 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 33 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layered, screwable lid, hoisted and fixed in position, including tank nipple, float valve, ball valve 20mm PTMT, including dismantling of existing water tanks and removing from site all as specified in SSR Part-I and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 34 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layered, screwable lid, hoisted and fixed in position, including tank nipple, float valve, ball valve 20mm PTMT, including dismantling of existing water tanks and removing from site all as specified in SSR Part-I and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 35 Float valve/ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20mm bore pipe (minimum weight 210 gms), fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed. 36 Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, including dismantling of old sheets complete all as specified and directed. 37 Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 t, fixed as in repair complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge 38 Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riverted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, raillings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 grade E-165, as in repair complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 39 Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed. 40 Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid) type B0 (12.5mm aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4), including all mouldings inclduing dismantling of old jalli ,complete all as specified and directed. 41 PVC (SWR) rain water pipe, 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 25mm x 3mm including nuts bolts etc, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed 42 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends plain(any radius) fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed. 43 110mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, double (double Y) equal or unequal fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed. 44 PVC (SWR) rain water pipe, 75mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 25mm x 3mm including nuts bolts etc, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed 45 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends plain(any radius) fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed. 46 Steel water tubes, 15mm bore, medium grade, galvanized, with all standard fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors, inclduing taking down old existing tubing complete all as specified and directed. 47 Steel water tubes, 20mm bore, medium grade, galvanized, with all standard fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors, inclduing taking down old existing tubing complete all as specified and directed.
