Bids Are Invited For 9M1130303060-V6 Base - SCOPE OF WORK: a) i. Input Raw material for 9M113.03.03.017 and 9M113.03.03.033-01 in BDL scope. Raw material: ii. For 9M113.03.03.017/ Base - RM code: 90024512025000 AL D16AM SHT 2.5mm thick in BDL scope iii. For 9M113.03.03.033-01/ Threaded Bushing - RM code: 90020026006310/90020026007010, Steel EN3A, Dia:6.35mm/7mm is in BDL scope. iv. For both the components machining, H.T and E.P in party scope. b) BOM of assembly: 9M113.03.03.017 (01 Nos) and 9M113.03.03.033-01(12 Nos). c) E.P Process: i. For 9M113.03.03.017 - EPA-4 (Sulphuric anodizing). ii. For 9M113.03.03.033-01 - EPA-1(Cadmium plating) are in party scope. d) Primer: Primer AK-070 applying activity in BDL scope. e) Assembly of two components in party scope. f) Indemnity Bond: Raw material will be issued against submission of IB for Rs.8.53 lakhs. g) Test specimen: 03 nos of test specimen per every 250 nos. batch, having heat treated together with respective batch shall be supplied with the assembly. Test specimen shall be as per sketch no TDA193/26 & 27. h) All required Jigs, Fixture, Gauges, Tools, Inspection Instruments and Testing Instruments are in party scope. 2. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 1st supply of 600 nos within 4 months from the date of issue of raw material then onwards 600 Nos every two months. Early supplies are acceptable; 3. MANUFACTURING OF COMPONENTS/ASSEMBLY: Should be as per the Drawings/Process sheet provided by BDL. 4. INSPECTION: a) Party has to carry out stage inspection as per process. b) BDL representatives are authorized to inspect during in process and final inspection at party works as per the requirement. c) Prior inspection clearance shall be obtained for BOM parts before starting the assembly. On intimation, BDL will carry out PDI of BOM components at your premises. d) Thread calibration to be done after assembly in the threaded bushes. 5. CERTIFICATES REQUIRED: Self inspection report H.T, E.P certificates and raw material consumption statement to be submitted along with every lot/batch of supply. 6. PURCHASE PREFERENCE CLAUSE: Provisions as per Make in India order 2017 will be applicable for the vendors/service providers. 7. LD CLAUSE: In the event the supplier fails to deliver the goods /service, within the stipulated delivery period, BDL reserves the right to recover from the supplier,LD and not by way of penalty an amount as detailed in terms and conditions. A sum of 0.5% of the price only of the stores (Including duties, taxes) which the supplier has failed to deliver as aforesaid for each week of delay or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 10%. In case of extension of delivery period, increase in taxes shall not be borne by BDL, if delay is attributable to vendor.. 8. OPTIONAL CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserve the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 50 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the order quantity by up to 50% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. Bidders are bound to accept the orders accordingly. 9. FINISHED COMPONENTS: should be delivered to BDL Bhanur stores in proper packing condition to prevent from moisture, rusting, damage etc during transits and storage. 10. REJECTED COMPONENTS: party has to replace the rejections promptly. 11. IDENTIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS PRODUCT: Should be marked on the item. The place of identification will be given by BDL as per the requirement. 12. AS9100D STANDARD TERMS: a) The supplier shall not supply the non-confirming product against specification. b) Supplier has to inform BDL in case of change in manufacturing process or input material or manufacturing facility. Unless otherwise specified, supplier cannot outsource the items (order). c) Supplier shall maintain the BDL product and production records up to 3 years. d) In case of non-conformity product, party has to inform BDL for further disposition action (i.e. rework, rejections etc.) e) Where ever applicable Drawing Issue number should be considered which is under column (Drg. No.). 13. EMS 14001:2015 STANDARD TERMS: As BDL is a EMS 14001:2015 certified organization, it is requested you as partner of BDL to maintain EMS standards like proper scrap disposal, maintenance of pollution control board norms and conservation of resources to protect environment. 14. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: The quoted prices will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of submission of bid and prices are firm and not subject to alternation / variation on any account. 15. VARIATION OF QUANTITY: BDL reserves right to release order with quantity variation up to ±20% of the enquired quantity or the order. 16. PAYMENT TERMS: As Per GEM Payment Clause 100% Payments shall be made to the seller within 30 days of issue of Consignee receipt- cum-acceptance certificate (CRAC) and on-line submission of bills (This is in supersession of 10 days time as provided in clause 12 of Gem GTC). 17. Taxes: GST as applicable.BDL Reserves its right to release GST only after suppliers invoice /debt note is reflected in GSTR -28/2A within the specified time limit mentioned in GST law. 18. Spilt of ratio 60:40. 19. IN-PROCESS AND FINAL INSPECTION: BDL representatives are authorized to inspect during in process and final inspection at party works as per the requirement 20. STAGE INSPECTION: to be carried out by party as per process. 21. DISPATCH: Free delivery at BDL Bhanur stores, Telangana. 22. Penalty Clause: The successful bidder will be debarred / blacklisted for the future tenders for a period as decided by BDL, if the bidder deviates from the agreed terms & conditions after the award of Purchase Order / Work Order. 23. E-Reverse Auction Clause: BDL reserves the right to go for e-Reverse Auction process or may finalize the tender without eReverse auction, if required. 24. Eligibility/Approved Sources for these items are eligible to quote /participate against GEM enquiry. It is mandatory to upload eligibility/approved source certificate issued by BDL for these items, remaining bids other than eligibility/approved sources will be disqualified. Total Quantity : 4738
