Tender For Provision Of Stp At Thimmiyya Line Under Ge (Mcte) Mhow.; 1 Excavating over areas, n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 2 Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m and n.exc 3 mdeep and getting out Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 4 Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Removing of excavated material to a distanceexc 250 m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level complete all as specified and directed. 6 S&F 20 mm bore Galvanised steel tubes, medium grade for flush pipes, water supply pipes etc, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Make: TATA, Jindal, Surya Roshani Ltd 7 S&F 25 mm bore Galvanised steel tubes, medium grade for flush pipes, water supply pipes etc, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Make: TATA, Jindal, Surya Roshani Ltd 8 S&F 20 mm Gun-metal, glove or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. 9 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for salt Glazed stone ware pipes 200 mm dia grade A jointed with cement mortor, laid in trenches and including fittings of same grade complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortor 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound where ever required. 14 Supply and installation Domestic waste water treatment plant (Model NBF -20 LKD ). The specification of STP are as under :- (i) FRP base septic tank along with fixed film aeration tank size 6785 mm (L) x 2430mm (Dia) -01 Nos.(ii) FRP base CWUG Tank -10 Ltrs (Partition) size 4310 mm (L) x 1830 mm (Dia)-01 Nos. (iii) Sludge Re circulation Pump (Submersible pump capacity 9 Cum/hr, Motor 1 HP)-01 Nos.(iv) Air Blowers (twin lobe blowers, Working pressure 0.3 Kg/cm2, motor 2 HP)-01(W) +1(S) 15 (v) PVC Pipes (Return sludge pipe 50 mm, inlet and outlet pipe 150 mm, interconnection pipe 150 mm(vi) Control Panel- as per size (vii) Multi grade filter - 01 Nos.(viii) Activated corbon filter -01 Nos. (ix) Feed water pump 1 (W) + 1 (S) (x) Hypochlorite Dosing system - 01 Nos.(xi) Sewage parameters guaranteed at outlet of package STP:- (a) pH- Inlet 6.5 to 8.5 and outlet 6.5 to 8.5 (b) BOD- Inlet 250-300 mg/l Outlet<30 mg/l (c) COD - Inlet 400-600 mg/l Outlet < 150mg/l (d) TSS - Inlet 200 mg / l Outlet<50mg/l (e) FOG- Inlet 40-50 ppm Outlet < 5 mg/l Make- Sintex or equivalent Note:- Manning and operation will be organised by contractor for 11 months from date of completion.5% of the value of work done shall be retained from final bill and shall be released after Period of11 Months of Manning and operation. However, the amount so retained can be released to the contractor on submission of a Bank Guarantee Bond / FDR in favour of Accepting Officer, for the amount so retained.
