Tender For The Work Of Conducting Various I.E.C Activities Under Swachh Bharat Mission - Will do 05 activities of 01-01 hour daily with a group of eight people under song, drama, dance activity (theme based Nukkad Nakat). Wall painting included repairing the wall by applying putty, doing artistic painting by doing shree coat painting. Wall writing includes applying putty and painting as per requirement and writing on it. Cleaning Mahotsav is organized at various places. Brooms, gloves, boots are provided to the people participating in the Swachh Survekshan period. Arrangements for sanitizer, banners, posters, etc. are included. Poster Competition: Under this, a competition will be organized by dividing the citizens of the city into three categories regarding cleanliness and air pollution. (01) Students up to class-08 (02) From class-09 to postgraduate (03) For women Sensitization Camp for businessmen: Under this, about 15 activities/seminars (including micro refreshments) will be organized for 25-25 people of various types of businessmen of the city like builders, restaurant owners, meat/vegetable sellers, advertising agency operators etc. Sensitization Camp for the citizens: Under this, around 25 activities/seminars of 25 people each are organized to create awareness about cleanliness, air pollution and vector borne diseases, where they naturally gather together with the city citizens. do (including micro refreshments) Voice calling: This includes sending voice calls at different intervals to the numbers of mobile subscribers used in urban areas. Presenting evidence of the voice calls sent in 100% compliance with TRAI guidelines/standards. Bulk Message: This includes sending messages at different intervals to the numbers of mobile consumers using urban areas, in 100 percent compliance with TRAI guidelines/standards. Presenting evidence of bulk message sent Selfie Point, under which 03 points of the city will be selected and developed and maintained as selfie points, which will have attractive flower decorations, lighting, sound, mic etc. for taking selfies. Will bring the bag from home. Under this, if found using banned plastic polythene in the major markets of the city, a jute bag (under the jute bag / in Batam) will be handed over by 10 policemen. Capacity building of all types of cleaning workers: Under this, groups of 20-20 cleaning workers are formed and they are made aware of the importance of cleaning and scientific methods and how Cleanliness and awareness based biodegradable banners at various places in the city as per requirement. Cleanliness and awareness based hoardings including 20 × 10 size 1 inch heavy pipe along with fitting, writing, labor etc. Broadcast of awareness message on various FM channels (maximum 40 seconds) Awareness program in slums (with team of 10 persons) Cleanliness rally of at least 200 people (with banners, posters and others) (organizing at least 5 rallies) Door-to-door sanitation messages including urban areas Sanitation and air quality to the urban poor in 05 people to create awareness about pollution 30 Will be employed for the day which will be 200 per day Will contact the houses and in this way 01 house every day Communicating with 100 people assuming 05 people Will contact 3,000 people in 30 days Will do. Vaseline survey before starting work and impact assessment after work.
