Name of Work:-Annual sweeping and cleaning of road, road side drain, kitchen, toilet drains, stair cases, common passage etc of residential quarters under Sector no. 3 to 7 at STPS, Sarni . NOTE- Quoted rates shall be excluding GST. The GST shall be paid separately by the MPPGCL, as per the actual.

Jungle clearance including up-rooting of gazer grass, iconia and all other un-wanted vegetation including collection of rubbish waste at designed location and stacking the same for disposal (Freq. Once in a 6 months) (Base rate Rs. 0.1908/Sqm)

Providing sweeping and cleaning in MPPGCL colony premises at sector no. 3 to 7 covering all type of residential quarters including cleaning all services drain , such as drains from kitchen , toilets and storm water drains on all sides of residential quarters, all road side drains of any size open or covered, pipe drains, Hume pipes, RCC culverts etc. Dry sweeping and cleaning of all bituminous and WBM roads including road berms on either side of road including trimming of road side berms where ever necessary and during the rains clearance of road / culvert/drains/fallen trees, fallen branches of trees and stagnant/floating materials under culverts or on the U/S side of Hume pipe/small culverts etc. Making temporary kachha drain for proper drainage from road to drains, cleaning of terraces and sun sheds of single story building including collection of all types of garbages wastes deposited silt, soil, sludge, vegetation, brickbats etc. including stacking the same at designated location for disposal complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Note:- Per day sweeping and cleaning means sweeping and cleaning in 429 blocks and its area including open area its roads, drains , culverts and other area etc wherever required(Base rate Rs. @2.12/Block)
