Tender For 1) Providing New1. 5H P Motor And SplS And Rcc Tank At Existing Bore Well In Kappai; 1 PROVIDINGNEW1.5H P MOTOR AND SPLS AND RCC TANK@ EXISTING BORE WELL IN KAPPAI 2 Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depthexcept in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring struttingif required forthe sides of foundation. 3 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundaion including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers etc, 4 Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. 5 Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers Lintels, Staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.) 6 Rainforcement Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams, etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. 7 Plastering with CM 1:4-20mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 8 Plastering with CM 1:3- 10mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 9 Dadooing Walls with Colour Designed Ceramic Glazed Tiles of size300 mm x 200 m x 6 mmof any shape and quality laidcement mortor 1 : 2over 10 mm base layer in all floors and the Top Pointed with the white cement 0.40 kg mixed with the same colouring Pigments etc complete 10 Painting Two coat approved Exterior Emulsion over the plastered surface including cost and all other charges etc., 11 Towards cost for Fixing of RCC Man Hole 12 Provision for New BoreWell And Motor and Spls 13 Provision for EB Charges 14 Labour welfare fund @ 1.0% 15 Provision forName board charges 16 Provision for Photographic charges 17 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
