Tender For Special Repair To Roads Zorawar Gate To Pwd Junction At Mil Stn Samba; 1 Scarifying or picking existing damaged water bound macadam in pathpoles area exceeding. 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm including removal of aggregate not exceeding 50 mtr and stacking complete all as specified and directed. 2 M & L for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layer 75mm each grading as per table 400.13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and bridge works 2013manufactured in WMM plant, meterial comprising of clean crushed graded aggregate and graded material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading ith sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 990.1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 3 Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at 05 Kg per 10 Sqm on unsurfaced wet mix macadam including preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with paving bitumen VG-10 content of 4% by weight of total mix (consolidated thicknexx 75mm or less) for correction of undulation camber completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Material and Labour for Preparation of newly laid black top / existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness)using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surfacewith pneumatic vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed.Note: The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I. 6 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the rubbish from the work site outside defence premises complete all as specified and directed. 7 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Material and Labour for applying 2.5mm thick thermoplasticpaint, (Hot application with machine) including glass beads @ 250 grams/Sqm including necessary cleaning the surface by wire brushing for removing cake mud and sweeping with broom to remove dust as in dashes arrows (H for helipad area L for corner) width n.exc 10cm as per MORTHs and IRC specification complete all as specified and directed. 9 S&F information board with ACP sheet retroreflective writing one side size 600mm made around of reflective intensive tape duly fixed on angle iron frame 40x40x4m frame with aluminium sheet both side 2mm thick as required with PCC 1:4:5 for post and PCC 1:2:4 for platforms size 5x3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed
