No. Item Description 1 Rectification & re-configuration/re-programming on spare port of M/s ALSTOM make 132 & 33KV bay control unit relays of sub-station automation system, based 132 KV S/S Bharwari, Kaushambi. 2 The following work are including for healthy SCADA communication. Rectification & re-configuration/re-programming on spare port of 10 Nos. BCUs relays as per requirement for smooth operatioal activity of all switchyard equipments from SCADA operation up to copletion of job satisfactorily and its ICD files for healthy communication with SCADA, restoring the rectified Backup files of SCADA, checking the data healthiness at local/remote SCADA, Replacing the defective FO multimode patch cords. Checking & Rectifying the healthiness of LTUs and it communicationg ports. Checking the healthiness of IEC 61850-7 Ethernet switches. Replacing the defective if any CAT-5/LAC cables and checking the healthinesss of all protection relays communication to SCADA. Checking of all required events, alarms, numerical datas, status and signals to SCADA from various bays & feeders. (Repairing of GPS clockis also include in this work up to synchronization of events from SCADA. All material will also provided by contractor on their own cost for repairing of GPS clock up to completin of job satisfactorily)Checking the SLD of S/S to SCADA screen. Checking the all required operations of equipment from SCADA if required. At the time of rectification all required material and computer parts will be arranged by contractor without extra charges, & material will be provided by contractor. SCADA license key, activation key, old SAS backup, and software CD, spare card for BCU, cable gland will be provided by contractor on their own cost & risk. This work also include connection/cable termination of all feeder with FOTE panel as per cable schedule & lying for operationl activity & communication from SLDC in guidance of AE/JE up to completion of work satisfactorily 3 Supply of following material is also required for Rectification & re-configuration/re-programming of M/s ALSTOM make 132 & 33KV bay control unit relays & SCADA maintenance at 132KV s/s Bharwari Kaushambi. 4 Windows 11 OS (Multi user) with 32/64 bit suitable for ADVANTEC PC. (Copy of original software will be provided by cntractor) 5 Supply of Fibre Optical Multi mode fibre poatch cards for ST-ST, LC-LC, ports (Sa per requirement at site, having length of 5 mtr each) 6 Supply of Fibre Optical Multi mode fibre patch cards for ST- ST, LC-LC, ST-LC ports (As per requirement at site, having length of 10 mtr each)
