Tender For Pavers Block In Officers Quarters; 1 Laying Of Paver Blocks 2 Providing and fixing cement concrete parking tiles of average 22 mm thick jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).as per the design & drawing with cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, T&P etc. All design, specification like colour, tile surface, etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge. 3 Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, gate outside, surrounding buildingsdrive ways, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 60mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, cement concrete support, plastering, edge finishing, cutting and dressing levelling of existing surface as required complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of filling of earth to make the existing surface levelled as required at site. 60-80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour design (Hollow, solid,etc) and pattern. 4 Supplying and fixing of precast kerb stone of size 300mm-600mm x 300mm x 100mm -150mm ( LxHxT) of M-30 grade as per site requirement of approved make ,design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required excavation, digging, sand filling, bed preparation, pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand, cement concrete support, edge finishing, cutting and dressing levelling of existing surface as required complete all as per direction including plastering, painting conforming to standards as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Welded steel wire fabric fencing with required posts of specified material and of standard design pattern placed and embedded in cement concrete blocks of mix 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and struts embedded in cement concrete blocks of the same mix, provided with welded steel wire fabric fixed between the posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or tied to 6mm bar nibs with G.I. binding wire includes designing, erecting, cost of posts, welded steel wire fabric, painting, etc. All complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge. All designs, specifications, and placement to be finalised by EIC.
