    Tender For Dismantling & Re-Erection Of Cms-B New 27021449 10 10 20 Handrail Blasting/Painting 900 M 40 Transfer Trolley Rail Erection,alignment 250 M 30 Turbo Ventilator 170 NO 10 Scrap cutting & shifting 150 TO Email : Ravindra.Katakamsetty@amns.in Contact : +91 9909901835 Name : Katakamsetty, Ravindra - AM/NS India - Item Details : v SERVICE PROVIDER’S SCOPE OF WORK: a) Shifting from Rockwell to CMS-B b) Modification of structure if required. c) New fabrication as per site requirement or as per drawing. d) Blasting and paining of new structure as per below specs. e) Supply and application of epoxy paint as per below specification • Total 4 coat of epoxy paints. • Primer: color grey D.F.T. 30-40 µ (one coat) • MIO : color brown D.F.T. 80-100 µ ( one coat ) • Finish coat: color – As per requirement. D.F.T. 35-40 µ (two coat) • Finishing painting of existing structure. • Finish coat: color – As per requirement. D.F.T. 35-40 µ (two coat) • Refer the attached TS for blasting <(>&<)> painting work. f) All welding is to be done by qualified welder approved AM/NS. g) All tools and tackles. h) Required suitable Crane, hydra, trailer, man lifter for dismantling, erection and shifting. i) Scaffolding as per site requirement. j) All lifting and shifting work. k) All consumables. l) Vendor will ensure the use of all PPE’s and safety rule and regulations. v AMNS SCOPE: a) Water <(>&<)> electricity will be provided at single point. b) Working Space will be provided by AM/NS AM/NS will provide steel material on accountable basis.
