Tender For Construction Of Helipad Near Kbs At Drass Under Ge Kargil; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in hard rock where blasting is prohibited including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 2 Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 mm in any type of soil. 3 Removing excavated rock material exc. 50 m but n exc. 100 m distance & depositing etc complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with power roller exceeding 8 Tonne and not exceeding 12 Tonne power roller incl filling (if reqd) in hollow and depression, soft spots etc which occured during rolling , watering as necessary and consolidation (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to reqd level / camber and gradient keeping roller wheels wet etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to requiredgradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each, Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013. 7 M&L 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand spread evenly to uniform thickness complete all as specified and as directed 8 Supply and laying of 400 micron thick HDPEsheet (virgin quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having min weight 300 gms/Sqm laid over sand cushion as specified with min 300mm transverse and longtudinal overlap. 9 M&L for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 125 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013. 10 M&L for 200mm thick Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days flexural strength 45 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete using non circular synthetic fibre/recron fiber @ 1kg/ cum of concrete including necessary steel plate formwork and laid using fixed form paver vibrating by means of pocker, surface or vibrating screed as requiredall as specified and directed.(Note :-Non circular synthetic fibre/recron fiber shall be measured and paid separately.) 11 M&L for Forming dummy/contraction joint using diamond cutter with an initial saw cut of 3 mm blade soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd of the total depth of slab.Widening the first saw cut to 6 mm wide and 24 mm deep from top, filled with closed all medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia for complete width of joints, priming top 15mm width approved primer, applying masked tape on the edges of joints to prevent accident spilling of sealent andfilling with polyurethane/polysulphatebased sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the direction of manufacturer all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L for forming construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using high RPM diamond cutter) filled with clossedcell medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, applying bond breaker tape on the top of backup rod of complete width of the joint priming top 15mm width approved primer and filled with polyurethane/polysulphatebased sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed. 13 Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming. 14 Supply only Non circular synthetic fibre/recron fiber 3s all as specified by the manufacturer firm and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 Supply only air entraining concrete admixture 0.05 to 0.15% by weight of cementor as per manufacturer instruction and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 M&L for cleaning the surface throughly and surface dry and applying two coats of Hind Coat repel/Sikagard-72W/Supreme silicones water repellent emulsion coating based on silane/Siloxane on concrete surfaces applied in dilution with water (ratio of hind coat repel : water = 1:3 ) all as per manufacturers instruction by means of brush, roller or low pressure spray equipment (45 - 100 KPa). 17 M&L adequate no. of paint for painting lines dashes, arrows, letter etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint white or golden yellow all as direted. 18 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in hard rock where blasting is prohibited including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggreagte) as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete. 20 M&L precast cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm width and setting cement mortar 1:4 complete. 21 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 20mm graded aggregate as in coping complete all as specified. 22 M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Removing excavated material exc 50m and upto a total distance 250m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed. 24 Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 0.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
