Tender For Repair/ Maintenance /Cleaning Sewage Lines, Septic Tanks And Soakage Well At Mil Stn Dappar; 1 Cleaning of sewage lines including manholes of 150mm bore by means of cleaning rods through manholes to manholes, taking out sludge collected in manholes, depositing the same in the pit at a minimum distance of 50m from near by living accn or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and covering the sludge in pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the manholes and over the pit complete all as directed. 2 Cleaning of sewage lines including manholes of 200mm bore by means of cleaning rods through manholes to manholes, taking out sludge collected in manholes, depositing the same in the pit at a minimum distance of 50m from nearby living accn or as directed by Engineer-in-Chargeand covering the sludge in pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the manholes and over the pit complete all as directed. 3 De-watering of septic tanks and soakage wells by sewage pump air tight body hired by contractor and draining out the same out of Cantt area complete all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.Note :(a)Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.(b)Any damage caused during cleaning shall be rectified tosatisfaction of Engr-in-Charge by the contractor without any extra cost. 4 Taking out sludge from septic tanks incuding inlet and outlet chambers, removing and depositing the sludge in a pit out of Cantt. area by means of moter pump covering the sludge in the pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the septic tank and over the pit complete all as directed Note : (a)Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.(b)Any damage caused during cleaning shall be rectified tosatisfaction of Engr-in-Charge by the contractor without any extra cost. 5 Cleaning of blocked Bottle trap, WC-P trap/ S trap, Nahani trap, Kitchen-Gully trap etc upto 1st manhole and making the drain pipe of any size fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.Note : (a)Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.(b)Any damage caused during cleaning shall be rectified tosatisfaction of Engr-in-Charge by the contractor without any extra cost. 6 Demolition of brick work built in cementmortar complete all as specified & directed 7 Material and labour brick work in cement mortar 1:4with sub class B bricks old size straight or curved on plan exceeding6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed 8 Material & Labour Brick work with sub class B burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 but except brick complete all as specified and directed. (Serviceble Old bricks shall be reused after cleaning obtained from demolition). 9 Demolition of reinfoced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically demolition provided for(reinfocement should be cut as required to facilitate) complete all as specified and directed 10 Taking down cement plaster any thickness from walls of manholes and septic tanks including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of debris etc complete all as specified and directed 11 Material & Labour for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately. 12 Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Material & Labourfor Re inforcedcement (pedastal pattern) white including all joints and making good to floor, matchingto existing surfaces, to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 41 Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM(bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specifiedand directed 42 Material and labournon-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over
