Tender For Special Repair/ Replacement Of Tower Ac At Manekshaw Auditorium Against Ber Under Age E/M At Rms; 1 Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of Towerair conditioners unit of capacity of above or equal to 7.5 TR, to operate from 415 +/- 10% volt, 50 Hz, three phase power supply and consisting of hermitically sealed compressor and compaitable of R-410A refrigerant including sunction and discharge copper tube of maximum length upto 10 mtr with insulation material and Tanking down/ dismantlling, lifting and shifting of old unserviceable Tower AC of any make and Capacity complete including indoor unit, outdoor unit,copper piping and matching the distributed surfaceetc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 2 Supply and fix copper tube of size 3/4 or suitable size as per OEMs manual for indoor to outdoor, suitable for 7.5 TR capacity air cooled Tower air conditioner etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 3 Supply and fix copper tube of size 1/2 or suitable size as per OEMs manual for indoor to outdoor, suitable for 7.5 TR capacity air cooled Tower AC conditioner etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 4 Supply and fix insulation with 13 mm thick nitrile rubber along with AI table and accessories , suitable for 7.5 TR capacity air cooled Tower AC conditioner etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 5 Supply and fixing of CPVC drain piping with 6 m thick nitrile rubber insulation and necessary quantities of supports, flanges, bends, elbow, fittings, nut-bolt, gasket and minor accessories required during execuation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 6 Supply and installation of structural base frame for the outdoor unit of7.5 TR capacity air cooled Tower AC conditioner etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 7 Supply and installation of structural base frame for the indoor unit of7.5 TR capacity air cooled Tower AC conditioner etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 8 Supply, laying and termination of power and communitcation cable between the indoor and outdoor unit of7.5 TR capacity air cooled ductable air conditioner etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 9 Supply and charging of refrigerant R-410A etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 10 Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated LT panel made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 5 mmangle iron frame , Weatherproof ventilated with locking arrangement duly painted with 2 coat of syntheticenamelgrey paint over coat of redoxide primerwith and includingaluminium bus bar 400 Amps rated suitable for3 phases 4 wire system capacity complete the following switchgear and control :-INCOMING(i) MCCB FP 250 Amp 36KA - 01 Nos(ii) Digital meter for Amp , volts .Outgoing : (ii) MCCB 4 pole 415 Volt, Adjustable type, 63 to 100Amps with breaking breaking capacity 36KA - 04 Nos 11 Supply and lay XLPE insulated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 12 Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and depth exc. 1.50 m but n.exc 3.00 m ; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 13 Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 14 Removing exvated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 15 Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cableincludingspreading and punning down to 23cm thickness etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 16 Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 17 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia by meansof nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore medium grade GIprotection pipe, test point etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead.
