Tender For Repair Of Various Types Of Furniture At Mil Stn Under Ge Rangia; 1 Note:-S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing nailing,wedging, glueing, providing hinges,applying putty to level thesurface, placing every part in-tact and polishing the disturbed portion & Scratching the entire wooden pallets ,filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by scratching it with sand emery paper, the Wooden furniture shall be french polished with high gloss finish shade as approved by Engineer In charge,after properly cleaned and smoothened the surface.Painting the steel disturbed portion & painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade with spray gun & apply red oxide primer where ever requiredafter properly smoothening the surface with sand paper.Top shall be 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board both side laminated,duly fixed with half round teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive. Make of particle board : Century/Archid /Greenply.All kind of work will be executed where the furniture exist in different user Units of GE Rangia including BSOs Furniture Yard at Rangia, and office hours only as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note applicable for item Srl No-1.01 to 12.01). 2 Table dining 6 person FD-273:-S & F of Top as per drg. 3 S & F of Legs as per drg 4 S & F of Rails as per drg 5 S & F of PVC Shoes with screws. 6 Polishing of Table dining as per above note. 7 Chair dining cushioned FD/E6/MAP/10 :- S & F of Seat of 75 mm thick foam cushion of 32 denisty with fabric on seat of 12 mm thick plywood. 8 S&F of veritical Strips 9 S&F of front legs 10 S&F of rear legs 11 S&F of stiffner 12 S & F of PVC Shoes with screws. 13 Poishing of chair as per above note. 14 Bed Hard FD/E6/MAP/08 :- S&F of new BWR 12 thick plywood as per drg. Make of plywood- Archidply/Century/Greenply. 15 S&F of head board as per drg. 16 S&F of Foot board as per drg. 17 Repair of Steel body of bed hard including removal of denting 18 S & F of Rubber Shoes of best quality 19 Paiting of steel portion of bed hard as per drg. 20 Chair CB steel with arms FD-75:- S&F of seat as per drg, 21 S&F of back as per drg. 22 S&F of arms as per drg. 23 Repair of iron frame with denting, cutting, welding and grinding 24 S&F of rubber shoes of best quality 25 Painting of steel portion in chair as per above Note. 26 Chair CB Steel without arms FD-75:- S&F of seat as per drg, 27 S&F of back as per drg. 28 Repair of iron frame with denting, cutting, welding and grinding 29 S&F of rubber shoes of best quality 30 Painting of steel portion in chair as per above Note. 31 Locker steel: FD-1029/257:- S&F of hasp & staples as per existing pattern. 32 Repairs to Steel portion by welding/Grinding/applying putty to making surface smooth finish. 33 S & F of CP handle as per existing pattern. 34 S & F of Leg as per existing pattern. 35 Painting of Locker steel as per aboveNote. 36 Charpoy GI Pipe Plytop:- FD-220 :- Taking out existing broken plywood from the charpoy by loosining the nut bolts with washer. S&F of new 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood fixed to Charpoy from with Nut, Bolts, Make of Plywood- Greenply/Century Ply/Archidply 37 S&F of flat iron of size 40x40x5 mm thick, support the plywood on charpoy as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge 38 S&F of Long rail of 32 mm dia medium grade GI pipe both side threaded as specified in drg and directed by Engineer in charge. 39 S&F of three way GI elbow as specified in drg and directed by Engineer in charge. 40 Taking out existing damage short rails, Cutting and threading of rails for converting it into legs duly threaded as specified in drg and directed by Engineer In Charge. 41 Charpoy MS tubing with plytop:- FD/CWE/TEZ/04:- Taking out existing broken plywood from the charpoy by loosining the nut bolts with washer. S&F of new 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood fixed to Charpoy from with Nut, Bolts, Make of Plywood- Greenply/Century Ply/Archidply 42 Taking out existing broken head board from charpoy and fixing new head board with 18 mm thickprelaminated particle board both side laminated shade as approved by BSO/GE. 43 Repairs to Steel portion by welding/Grinding/applying putty to making surface smooth finish. 44 S & F of Hard rubber shoes as per drg 45 Painting of charpoy MS tubing with plytop as per above note 46 Supply and fixing FMN for charpoy 47 S&F of prelaminated particle board fixed with half round beeding all around the board in various furniture as required as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 48 S&F of BWR grade plywood of 6 mm thick in various furniture as required as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 49 S&F of 0.8 mm thick sunmica with & including 18 mm thick BWR grade plywood all around PVC edging, pasted with good quality of Dendrite as required as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
