Tender For Annual Repairs & Maintenance Of Electrical Installations At Fsd Meghnagar Under District Office Indore.; 1 Repairs and maintenance of following electrical and mechanical installations, details as follows and according to terms and conditions mentioned as per I.E. rules with specified attendance of wiremen and helpers/khallsis. a) E.i., Lights/Fans/Plug Points/Power Points and Street/Compound lightning arrangements as per I.E. Rules as detailed inside at page.b) Water Supply arrangementc) Water Coolers d) Air Coolers e) Air conditioner f) Feeder pillars/LT panels maintenance.At Following depots. 2 Note:(1) Contractor may read GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK FOR AMC OF ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL SERVICES of the MTF carefully before quoting rates. (2) Wages paid to the worker for this work must not less than minimum wage as per Govt. Rules.(3) EPF and ESI will be reimbursed to the contractor against related documents submitted by him.(4)The contractor must arrange for all types of ladders (Self supported & wall supported), safety gears and tools at sites w.r.t. The luminaire should have the efficacy greater than or equal to 110 lumens per Watt and 10KV surge protection device of make of reputed brand under MII confirming to IS and IEC codes etc. as reqd. as approved by Engineer in charge.(NABL certified as per ISO/IEC specification) 30 Supplyof 60 Watt LED Street light made up withpressure die castaluminium housing with weather proof conditions suitable for all weathers, toughened clear glass, high power LEDs with secondary opticsand IP 66 protection. The luminaire should have the efficacy greater than or equal to 100 lumens per Watt of make of reputed brand under MII confirming to IS and IEC codes etc. as reqd. as approved by Engineer in charge. (NABL certified as per specification) 31 Supplying and fixing of 25 mm Dia size of PVC Coated GI flexible conduit for connection to fittings. 32 Sub Head III - Repairs of Water Pump 33 Repairs and maintenance existing submersible tubewellwater pump including lifting from the existing bore well & re-installation/ refixing details are given as given below 34 Lifting & lowring the existing submersiblewater pump alongwith pipe line frombore well including G.I./PVC Pipe Line, Valves etc as required. 35 Rewinding of submersible / monoblock / monosubmersible water pump including credit the damage wire. 36 Replacement of required accessories i.e. bearing, bush,etc in submersible motor pump set. 37 Supply of 3 core x 2.5 sqmm sizes PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multy strand copper conductor 1100 V grade submersible flat cable with provision of water tight joint as req. 38 Sub Head IV - Credit to estimate 39 The items are to be dismantaled during the execution of work and items lying obsolete in the godown are to be take away by the giving the credit to the estimate as in where as basis. 40 OldLED retrofit tube rod and fittings 41 Metallic batten for tube light 42 Iron Scrap items
